I had several encounters with a few staff members. Two encounters, I was met with annoyance and rudeness (rather shocking for a Panera location. The third encounter, the person was sweet but didn't know what she was doing and took FOREVER! I assume she was in training so I give her a pass.
One thing to note for people heading to this location... If you're going to need an outlet, don't go here. In this very large dining room, I only found TWO outlets! TWO! And, they were not in convenient locations. And, of course, they were occupied. The place probably seats over 50 people and the only outlets are clearly just intended for the vacuum cleaners. Fortunately, my computer had a full battery.
I've also added notes below (not sure if they will show up in the review) regarding the lack of handicapped parking and the inaccessibility for wheelchair users.
Personally, I won't be coming to this location again. There are too many obstacles for me.
Lastly, the flatbread pizza in the picture cost $12.00. It's small yet there are edges over an inch deep making it even smaller. I order extra cheese but I couldn't tell. There was barely any sauce on it nor any sausage crumbles; I could taste the pepperoni occasionally but not the sausage. Really, mostly all I could taste was the crunchy, cracker-like flatbread. Maybe they overbaked it? First one I've had. Won't be ordering...
Read moreEWW- I wonder what else they’re negligent with … CONTEXT: I am not local to this area. Anytime that I order from this Panera bread, I am driving a minimum of 30 minutes back home. Two weeks ago my mother had an operation, and requested Panera bread soup Post-op. It wasn’t until I got home, That I realized her was nowhere within the bag. I had to drive 35 minutes to and from, AGAIN, just to get the soup. They gave me an extra soup, but I spent $10 more in gas at that point. I was told “my bad”.
Today, I had a surgery And ask my mom to pick me up some Panera for my post-op. The Mac and Cheese & (bread/apple) are missing. At this point, I’ll just stop eating Panera- especially this one. I woke TOO HARD & In this Terrible Economy to have a multi million dollar corporation stealing money from me.
Like other comments- This location is negligent and the customer pays the price every single time. Chic-fil-a , has 5x the amount of customers yet i’ve never received a faulty order from them- so I don’t get it.
Considering this is now TWICE in a row and both after medical procedures- I would not order from here again. Panera is already expensive as is- I shouldn’t have to pay extra $$ in gas to come back to rectify their mistakes. Could’ve went to...
Read moreThe service and food is great . The staff is very accommodating if they run out of what you ordered , and they are very attentive with details. It is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Sometimes they even offer to take your plate for you when your done eating! I have been to many panera breads throughout New Jersey and even other states when on vacation and this by far is one of my favorite locations to order from. Often times , if I have the time I will drive the extra couple minutes past the location in mount laurel just to come to this one . I have ordered from on the go before and they always have let me know if something is missing from my order and give me the option to replace it with something that they are in stock of. One time I ordered from on the go and they ran out of multiple items before they were able to fill my order, the manager seemed to be there waiting with my order and gave us options to replace what was missing. She even gave us a free pastry for our troubles, which I thought was very...
