SoBol Moorestown — Local services in Moorestown Township

Yesterday night I ordered 2 Apple cinnamon smoothies and drove 20 minutes out of my way to SoBol as I had the smoothie only once before and it was really good! I go to SoBol here and there and usually the quality is always great!

Yesterday was the first time I could say that I was dissatisfied with my purchase. It tasted as though someone dumped a jar of cinnamon into my smoothie. Spent $20 and drove 20 minutes away from home to receive smoothies that I threw out upon arrival. I didn’t want to create any issues for the young ladies as they looked like they were ready to get to closing.

Really sucks because SoBol is usually not like this…. Maybe ordering earlier in the day is better… I’m not sure. I won’t order around 6:15pm again that’s for sure. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I know SoBol is...

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience here was incredibly disappointing, not because of the drink itself, but due to the way I was treated by the staff. Meagan, the cashier, took my order before two other customers, yet somehow they received their drinks before I did. I waited patiently, thinking it was just a delay, but after watching her serve the others and even add to their orders, I finally decided to speak up. After waiting seven minutes beyond the time they received their orders, I asked for a refund. When I explained my situation, Meagan laughed as if my frustration was a joke. The açaí bowl was great, and the staff was efficient. They made the bowl accurately, and I loved that they made sure I am ok with the ingredients (and were willing to make the adjustments necessary) – it makes this a place for smoothie bowls that I would recommend for individuals with food allergies and/or other dietary restrictions.

The service was quick – I was in and out within 8 minutes.
