The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

Went in this afternoon on my lunch break to purchase my normal protein, and felt very uncomfortable when I brought the item to the register. The cashier who waited on me, who I actually believe is one of the managers proceeded to attempt to push me into buying one of their own products that was on a promotion by asking me to taste test a sample. After I declined to try the sample (which in hopes that I would then decide to purchase that product instead of the one I was originally intended to purchase) she then acted as if my business was not appreciated since I did not conform to her sales attempt in order to most likely gain commission or help her store's bottom line. I previously worked in the customer service industry for 16 years in all facets from clerk to Management and that was HORRIBLE customer service, I understand associates have a job and have to tell customers about promotions but it felt like a very forced attempt which I do not need to deal with when I am making a purchase and giving the...

Would give 0 stars if could I like vitamin shoppe and all stores I had visited it's been pleasant but this one I felt unwelcome.....
