The restaurant is in a good spot (hard to miss) but it seems like there's always just a few open parking spots probably due to it sharing parking with the adjacent strip mall.
Anyway, the food is consistently good, especially the wings, which should be the main reason to go. The wings are a nice and consistent size so you never feel like they're jipping you off with some tiny wings. Not to mention they have plenty of sauces and rubs to please any palate. And for those who don't know, they have their signature Blazing hot wings which are the hottest wings I've ever had from any major franchise. Though, I'd recommend trying a single wing first and save it for the end of your meal; you don't want to burn your taste buds off in the beginning. It makes for a fun and daring experience if you try it with friends/family.
Aside from the wings, they serve pretty much all types of food that you might find in a bar (burgers, fries, nachos, desserts, alcohol, etc.) and they're all tasty. I haven't had a single bad experience when it comes to the food and I've been to this specific location dozens of times. They also offer take out, but honestly the food tastes a lot better when you eat it right away.
Now, when it comes to their service, it could be better. I prefer it when waiters don't interrupt our eating/conversations every 5 minutes, but when you're eating a bunch of hot wings, certain fluids start flowing and you might need more napkins and water than usual. It's in those situations that it often times becomes difficult to flag a waiter down. It's probably best to ask for extra water/drinks and napkins beforehand.
The atmosphere is what you might find in a typical sports bar restaurant. Think TGI's but more brightly lit. There are TVs all over the walls turned to different sports channels so you probably wouldn't need to sprain your neck to find a TV to look at.
Overall, I'd recommend this spot if you simply want to enjoy great wings. They're good enough to overlook any...
Read moreMy family and I were visiting my sister and her family to celebrate her birthday along with my son's birthday. We got to BWW and my sister went up to the service desk, was not greeted although two people were at the desk and had to wait on them to finally ask how many people, she told them 9 and did not get any wait time or hospitality. We waited for about 45 minutes without any acknowledgement or accommodations while other families came after us and were being helped. We asked to see the manager Tiffany who did not help us at all but other families saying she is only helping with TVs and not tables, she was unhelpful and sarcastic. I also feel like we were being discriminated against since we are colored peopled and the other families that came in after us were white. We ourselves even offered after waiting 45 minutes to sit separately and the staff still could not organize that for us. My sister and her family go to this location often but will no longer go here and my family and I visited this location before but will never go here again. The manager and staff were not helpful, were not friendly, overlooked us, ignored us, and put other people who came in after us before us. I go to the locations in Queens, Brooklyn, and LI and never have I been treated like that even on a busy day as we were told "it's football Sunday" by the manger Tiffany. It was 5 adults and 4 kids and we waited patiently and quietly until we kept seeing other families being talked to and helped. We know we have to wait at restaurants sometimes but it was how we were being treated or rather ignored! By the way we left after the manager started being sarcastic. No way we were giving this establishment our hard...
Read moreWent to Buffalo Wild Wings at 7:15 PM on 2/27/2020 with 6 adults and 3 children. Out of the 3 children only 1 needed a high chair. The hostess advised there was a 20 minute wait. We said no problem we will wait.
While waiting there were several groups that came in ranging from 2 people to 6 people. Those individuals were seated before us and we ended up waiting over an hour for them to put two tables together. I asked the hostess how much longer because everyone was getting seated before us and the wait time was longer than 20 minutes. She said it should be shortly and the manager in the red colored shirt was going to the bus the table. We said the manager, the person who is making drinks at the bar? The hostess stated yes. The hostess stated they are not used to large groups and that is why the wait is long. She also stated the wait is long because we requested a high chair. After the conversation with the hostess, 20 minutes later the table was cleared. I asked speak with the manager and she said the manager would be over. Needless to say the manager did not come over. He was busy changing the channels on the tv and sitting down with other guests talking.
Food: I always order medium honey barbecue boneless with french fries. Disappointed because some wings were cold. French fries were so good. We had been there so long that there was no need to send the wings back.
I visit Buffalo Wild Wings at least once every 2 weeks if not once a week. It was disappointing since we went with a large group of friends and family. This normally does not happen when i go with...
