Hate I had to leave 1 star. Should be Zero. Felt like I was racially discriminated against in this store.Horrible customer service experience. I will NEVER go back. When I went into the store NO ONE asked if I needed help but when the next customer entered who was not my nationality, she was immediately greeted and asked if needed help. The whole time I was in the store NO ONE asked or acknowledged I was there. When I got in line, the employees behind the counter didn’t seem to want to ring me out. There were two registers being used at the same time before me and once it was my turn, one was immediately closed. The employees who closed her register didn’t acknowledge or even look at me and I had to wait for the other cashier. Overall, all of the employees who were in the store need to be retrained and taught to leave their personal opinions of others at home. I never felt so unwelcomed in a store. Don’t believe me? Read moreI am very disappointed in my most recent order. I picked store pickup for less hassle but it ended up being worse that way. I never got any emails on my order. Then I called to see if my order was ready and was told yes but then told it was usually held only for 7 days before putting back on shelf and refunding. I asked on the phone last night if I had to pickup last night to keep that from happening or if today after work would be ok. I was told it would be ok. Then I got a call this morning saying it went back on shelf and there was nothing they could do about it. I reminded them I talked to them last night and she said I explained this to you. Very rude and brusk. If she explained it well I would have gone in last night. Then I look online and it still says valid order for pickup. Calling customer service is a BIG hassle and now I am waiting online because the rules say I will get calls and emails BEFORE they just put it back on the shelf, but I have never gotten any. Had a coupon for buy 1, 2, or 3 get the same amount free and specifically asked the associate to point me in the direction of the candles that qualified for the coupon. After picking out my candles, I had also purchased car fresheners 6 for $30. The total amount surprised me, but you can’t see the items ring up from the customer perspective. After walking out I looked at my receipt and they had charged me for four full priced candles instead of 3. So, I went back into the store with my heavy bags and they said they had “issues” with the coupon. After returning to my car, excited to open my air fresheners, I looked at my receipt again. They had double charged me for the last air freshener, making the total 7. I didn’t even bother returning for $3 freshener, but they will no longer have my business.
