Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Olive

The kid who worked here on 9/1 is very rude . First he made my coffee horrible. It tastes really bad just icy and watery. Should have brought it back to him and have him redone it. Then i made another order , the wrong drink thru the app and told him that the order was placed wrong and told him I can’t drink this and asked him to replace my drink. He refused to replace my drink and told me that he will charge me an additional charge . I’m giving you back the drink and politely asking you to make me another drink. Dunkin’ Donuts all location always have better service and no one has done what this kid done. They always remake drinks for people . I paid five dollars for a drink that went down the drain. This Dunkin is amazing . My co workers and myself come here alot . I go on my lunch at 3am and it has always been a very good experience. The gentle who works is on vacation and now there is a girl there who is so nasty . She sees me pull up while she's smoking a cigarette outside and goes to the back room. There was 2 customers sitting at a table in the dining area. I waited so long the other customers started calling this lady and she goes yeah I know someone is here and continues to do God knows what . I will not be back until someone else is on nights . Dude at the counter was friendly and took my order. From there, things went downhill. I was one of three customers in store. Each of our simple orders were made wrong or missing items. When I told the worker I was missing an item, she said "yes" and walked away. I admire her chill, but I paid for that other wrap. I got a different workers attention. She listened, then carefully checked my bag tag and counted the lonely, single wrap in the bag before shuffling off to make another.
