Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Orab

Went through the drive through the other night after work and ordered 2 large milkshakes, 3 beef n cheddar, bacon curly fries, then regular curly fries. I did not get my third sandwich I paid for AT ALL. and it was way too late to try and drive back up or call and complain. Me and my fiance used to come here often and never do anymore bc the place has went to absolute crap. The whole time the girls were taking our order they were not paying attention and constantly laughing over the intercom with other girls as she took our order which wouldnt matter if they gave us everything I paid for. We didnt get any napkins along in our bag which sucked along with our milkshakes tasting weird along not being mixed up properly at all. I ordered a jamocha milkshake while my fiance ordered a regular vanilla and we had tried both ours and they both tasted the same pretty much which I was disappointed with because I'm not a big fan of vanilla. I dont know if they are just not cleaning the machine right or just not mixing right but either way its pathetic and lazy. Me and my fiance have agreed we dont want to return to this arbys because they used to be good and just are not anymore. This arbys has ruined the experience of arbys for us which sucks because Arbys has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine and they ruined it not just this time but times...

Stopped in at 9pm, 1hr before close and it was over 15 min to get 3 sandwiches. I had to throw a fit after I saw the cashier open the 2 beef and cheddars with the cheese on the side and lift the bun without gloves on to check to see if there was cheese on it or not. My wife's Turkey and Swiss came without the mustard. After she went back to have it fixed she saw it was because the squeeze bottle was empty a d noone wanted to refill it. Spoke with manger on duty and she almost was helpful. I visit here 1/2 times a month and it is always super slow service (always counter service) and the food is usually slopped together but I overlook that usually. Once I saw the untrained employee take my money and make change and take the older couples money behind me and then touch food barehanded and try to pass it out I couldn't overlook anymore. Pay attention to the staff, its an open kitchen for the most part. There were 4 people working, 2 m 2 f all with pony tails. The guys out front and drive thru had shoulder length hair one in a bun one with a single pony holder. The one girl making sandwiches had near waist length with one pony and hanging loose almost to her waist. The manager was the only one to have hers in a pony and managed. Definately one to keep and eye on if you choose...

I gave it a star because the food wasn't bad, what food we did get. I ordered for my family but did not receive the items I purchased for myself. As my family ate their meals, I ate fries and potato cakes. The customer service was deplorable as the young female did not appear as if she even wanted a job. She presented with a flat affect and it seemed as if she didn't care that I waited 20 minutes for my drive thru. I go to Bethel most of the time and never receive such bad customer service. Yesterday, I took a different route home when my family decided they wanted Arby's. I live in Mt. Orab so it wasn't out of my way. Very bad choice. I could have driven to Bethel and back by the time I received part of my order. So, not only did I not receive my personal meal, I didn't even get a comp for the money I paid for the meal. Very poor customer service. Why should I return to this particular location? I am sincerely asking. Why should I return to a restaurant with such poor...
