honestly just to busy to be any better. frustrating when i order my mobile order 20 minutes ahead and it’s still not ready when i get there and then i get to stand there for 15 more minutes to watch people (who order while i’m there) get their order before me. i have had to just say forget about it and deal with the loss of money and try to get it back with customer service on the app because i waited 30 minutes there for my order despite ordering probably 15 or 20 minutes before, and i had to get to work… a latte should not take 45 minutes to make. as for quality, it is VERY hit or miss. i order the same thing every time i go and it ALWAYS tastes different somehow? sometimes it’s really good and sometimes it tastes like burnt water… customer service is almost always awful, they ignore you as you’re standing at the counter trying to tell them you were looking for your order that was placed mobile 20+ minutes prior. only to have bad attitudes once you finally are able to get their attention and act like you’re the biggest inconvenience. they have a select few people there that are the sweetest and willing to help. but the majority just seem miserable and don’t care if you get your order or not because they’re just there to get paid. which i get, but… the machines make the coffee for you, you mix them up or put the whip or foam on top but the machines do the rest? it may be frustrating to deal with customers, but i’ve never been a problem customer nor complained while i was there and im just sick of it always being less than mediocre. i got to quite a few different dunkin’s depending on where i am for the day, and this one is by far the worst, customer-service wise. will i still get coffee here? yes, because it’s the only one around besides nasty starbucks. but can it be better? absolutely. pictured is $7 coffee… notice how much is missing from the top? even if there was cold foam… there’s no reason i should pay $7 for the coffee to not even be like at least ALMOST full?? and the cold foam was chunky… yes… chunky. i shouldn’t have to chew a “creamy” foam… don’t know. it used...
Read moreI asked a simple question, "Do you serve cold brew?"
The under appreciated under paid under age worker taking my order had a tone and choice of words reminiscent of somebody being spoken to in a foreign language.
When I asked if they had cold brew for the 4th time, i was met with an "yeeeeaaaahh?" I order a large cold brew, no cream "Ooooookay?" is the response I get as if I'm an extraterrestrial they cannot comprehending.
Then I pull up, and I'm handed, and I joke you not, a cup of straight, white, creamer. Absolutely 0 coffee content whatsoever. Completely undeniably not coffee, definitely not even approaching a Cold Brew. It was Ice, and Pure unadulterated White Cream.
I cannot help but feel I easily had one of the easiest orders a customer can ask for.
"Large cold brew, no cream, no flavoring" obviously I wasn't about to wait in the 20 minute line to return a 4 dollar cup of Garbage so I ended up finding actual drinkable coffee at the gas station down the street seeing as they didn't serve me a cup consisting of 50% cream and 50% ice.
I have a suspicion they ruined my coffee on purpose which makes no sence to me I wasn't rude with them whatsoever I'm always as nice as possible to service workers because I know they're underpaid over worked mostly kids saving for college, but come on guys, A Cold Brew isn't Rocket Science, and whoever chucked me my cup of cream knows exactly what they did and I'd watch out if I was you to be Frank. Go serve up Karen a Cup of Cream and see how fast it ends up in...
Read moreI USED to love coming to this Dunkin' about a year ago. I have been a faithful customer for a while now. I'm not sure what has changed but the consistency seems to be getting worse. Everytime I come through here, I order an Iced Carmel Macchiato.... simple, and very common drink in my opinion! Either the drink is way too strong to where I've even had to take it home and add my own creamer to it or there's too much creamer in it and hardly any espresso. I've been there a couple of times in the past couple of weeks and this is what I've gotten. I've tried to refrain myself from leaving a review like this but not sure what else to do as I've already had a credit for a drink that wasn't made correctly. I probably could have said something at the window but why as an employee would you hand a drink out that was 3/4 of the way full?? You wouldn't be happy about that if it were your drink. This isn't even on top of the fact that the past 3 times I've been in there we've ordered a Sauage, Egg and Cheese Sourdough sandwich and it literally took them 3 tries of ordering it like that to get it right. Do better Dunkin' you literally make breakfast sandwiches, drinks and bag up donuts.... it's not rocket science. I could easily make my coffee at home, I have the equipment to do so. I CHOOSE to come here only to pay $5 for a drink that's not up to...
