Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Mount Orab

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes and no one ever answered even after honking my horn. This was about 7:30 in the evening on a weeknight and there were no cars ahead of me. I pulled around to the window and honked 3 more times with no response. A worker who was going in the back door said he would tell them I was there.

After several more minutes I observed three employees (1 male and 2 females) towards the front talking. I finally called the store to ask if someone could take my order and I could see her at the front with phone in her hand and she said "be with you in a moment". I waited 2 -3 more minutes and finally gave my order. I wanted a pot pie and while it is on your menu this is the third time I've been told none are available and wait time is 20 minutes. I tried to order the fried pickles and was told you don't have them. If you can't deliver on the menu then take these items off. After telling the cashier of my extremely long wait there was never an apology made in any fashion.

It took another 2 - 3 minutes just to get a small potato wedge, small mashed potato and a drink. I observed the employees continuing to chat towards the front counter. When I finally got my order after 15 minutes I found I had no utensils at all and no napkins.

Terrible service with a bunch of obviously unsupervised kids working. Not the first time service here has been bad. Hopefully the new KFC will give better service...

I was Traveling through the area from another state, when I stopped thru the drive thru. The lady who took my order I could barely hear in the speaker. I ordered the 2 piece chicken strip with Cole slaw and a Reg Sweet Tea with Lemon. When I got to the windows I had asked for white gravy for my dipping sauce, I was informed that they did not have any, which was a shock because other Lee's I have been to had it. But nonetheless I then asked for Brown gravy. The Lady asked Why I wanted the brown gravy! I was shocked, why was it her concern as to why I wanted it. Anyway, young boy went to hand me my food with Everything including the gravy upside down and told me to have a good day. I then asked for my Sweet Tea he Proceeded to ask me what Sweet Tea. I showed him the receipt in which I had ordered this sweet tea. Again , the lady came over and tried to charge me again for such Tea. I told them it was on the receipt. Very Rudely handed it to me. As I drove off I pulled into parking lot, to sit and eat my said food before Continuing on my trip.. as I opened the box I see the 2 piece chicken and Potato wedges that were half Cooked! Not what I had ordered. Everything was Cold and Chicken was tough! I have eaten at Several Lee's and NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH NASTY FOOD AND SERVICE. YOU All Need to be ashamed. I will Never...

This used to be the best place in Mount Orab however I was spending between $100-150 a week till I went thru and one of my small orders wanted 3 packs of honey the lady said she could only give me 2 so I offered to buy one she said she could not sell it to me but would let me have 1 extra and you could only get one fork per meal however I order potato wedges and wanted a fork for them but that wasn't allowed then on my next big order they did not put my small potato wedges in the bag so I go back thru the lady told me they was in the bag and acted like I was lieing so of course I talked to the manager and he was nice however I just had him refund my money so I didn't go for a long time then started to go agin and they was super busy that wasn't the problem it happens i get it however when I get to the speaker after wating for about 15 mins I place my order that was about 6$ and the boy was rude and said you waited in line for that after setting there for about 5 minutes thinking about what he said I decided to not get my order after all called and let him know what happened Manger...
