Tonight is the 14th of August and I came to the drive thru and I ordered a number 3 large also a number 10 medium with a cheesey cheddar burger with fries.i left and came home I only live five minutes from this Wendy's I didn't bother to look at my food considering the fact that I was the only customer there at the time. When I was ready to eat I noticed that the ranch chicken sandwich did not have bacon cheese tomato or ranch on the sandwich only a piece of lettuce. Also the Fry's were cold not even warm. The food was so bad that there was no way I could except what I paid for. I went back to the place and told the person that took my order what had happened the manager had told me that they were out of tomato. I then replied back and said this should have been mentioned before I ordered. There was no explanation on why there wasn't no cheese no bacon and no ranch on the sandwich or why all the Fry's were cold. They remade the order but didn't remake the number 3 sandwich which was a baconator the managers reason for not making it was they were out of meat. McDonald's across the street had a line as they always do and Wendy's hardly ever have any customers at all and I now know the reason why. I myself is a cook been cooking my whole life. When I got my food back for the second time all they did was redropped cold Fry's to heat them up Fry's were dark and hard but we're hot. Me as a cook has never done something like this before and I never will. With all this being said the manager should loose his job because this is completely unacceptable don't work in the restaurant business let alone be a manager if you can't please the customers that come there to begin with. It's very disappointing when you go back a second time and your order is still not made correctly. Highly recommend as customers you check your food before leaving there's nothing else to say...
Read moreI ordered a meal from this Wendy's about a week ago, my order was wrong and my fries were cold. Its not a very big deal, so I took my food back and informed them of their mistake, they remade my order correctly the second time, but gave me cold fries.... again. I didnt feel like coming back a third time and assumed it was an honest mistake, so I just threw the fries away and ate my sandwich. I just ordered again today (same exact meal) and they messed it up again. They didnt put the correct condiments on the sandwich and yet again gave me cold fries. I brought the food back and informed them of their mistake, and the staff wasnt rude, but they werent nice, just indifferent. Although they did offer to remake the meal, I refused and requested a refund, if not for anything other than principle. I will not be returning to this Wendy's again, they consistently have forgotten little things I've paid for on multiple previous orders such as ranch cups, extra condiments and such, but I've looked over it as I'm not one to get in a tizzy over petty things like that, and I'm not even upset or angry about them getting my orders wrong on a regular basis, as I understand that most fast food places dont really care too much about customer service because they aren't being paid fair wages, so I can't really blame them for not putting in maximum effort. I'm just leaving this review for people who dont want to waste time returning orders to get them fixed. If you expect competence and efficiency from a restaurant, just avoid this...
Read moreWe went for a quick lunch on Sunday around 2pm. After waiting behind the one customer in front of us for approx 35 min, we finally got to order 2 pre-packed salads and 2 drinks. Our wait was somewhat entertaining, we got to check out all the food dropped under the various pieces of equipment in the place, watch the counter employee take 10 minutes to assemble 7 items for and order. The other register sat unused despite at least 7 employees running around trying to figure what to do. Eventually one young lady stepped up...but no, a friend came up to discuss their plans for the evening, although it killed about 10 minutes for us, taking our order would have been better. We went and got our drinks and sat down, but then l realized all we needed was for someone to reach into the fridge right there by the counter and take out the salads and hand them to us. I went back up and observed them sitting back on the counter across from the fryer. When l asked if they were mine, the counter employee looked thoughtfull for a moment, then picked them up and handed them to us.
