We visited Arby's in Mt. Pleasant, MI yesterday at 2:17 p.m. The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. She asked if we wanted any sauces and we replied yes, the Arby's sauce and the Horsie sauce. Then we get to the window. That girl indicated our bill was $44.09, I asked, "what?" (That price was impossible for our order.) It turned out to be $24.09 (which also seemed high. ) We'd ordered 1 French dip (with coupon price of $7 and some cents), and 2 classic roast beef at $5.99 with coupon, I believe). We get home and find she'd charged us for TWO french dips (but only gave us the au jus for ONE. And absolutely NO Arby's sauce and NO horsie sauce. But she did remember to charge us the $1 for No kids hungry. This is the second time recently that we've not received the sauces. An Arby's without the sauce is not what we wanted, lol. Oh, and the receipt under "employee" says Eric...I doubt either woman (the nice, polite one that took our order OR the one that tried to way over charge us was probably...
Read moreA bit frustrating as my family and I ordered online and their business goes through third party food delivery service. Now I have five hungry children and two wanted plain sandwiches. It was correct on the receipt along with the rest of our order. However, it had been caked with do many toppings and embedded in cheese. We called to ask if we could get the sandwiches corrected, But before my daughter got the words out, the employee stated we would need to contact the company whom delivered our food.... Ummm excuse me they did their job and did not prepare or touch any of our food. So we went there had to drive there, this is after paying a $10 delivery fee tip + the cost of food. Well lesson learned not so much for me but please listen 🙏 like really stop and hear before dismissing your customers. It was simple just fix the order, two kids had their meal an hour and half later after finally just replacing the food which the manager clearly seen the receipt and the uneaten sandwiches...
Read moreThis restaurant has been clean inside and out. The staff are friendly and I have not yet received an order here that was incomplete or had wrong items in it. I use both the drive through and lobby. The challenge to this restaurant is the location. While it is easy to see and access, Arby's does have a small parking lot. I often give another fast food restaurant business when I am driving a 15 passenger van simply because there is too much risk hitting other people or vehicles. The drive through lane is short and I have also passed on stopping here because there was no way to wait safely. Having said this, the line is a testament to their food, location, and operation as a whole. Getting back on Mission Street is usually a challenge as well. Great place but the parking lot dynamics are...
