Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Worked 10 hr shift yesterday 😴 Did not want to cook

Told kids and wife I would treat them with pizza for dinner

I drove 30 minute's into town got my kid's Specialty Pizza

Drove 30 minute's home open the pizza box and the specialty pizza was missing a main ingredient

Wife called and working in the food industry we understand mistake's happened so she was polite!

She starts to tell the guy about the missing ingredient, He knew the exact pizza and apologized for the mess up and admitted it was a accident.

So we asked for are pizza to be corrected, We was told Papa John's does not correct thing's like this...... Wo, Hah ? What?

So the manager gets on the phone states they will give me a full refund for the specialty pizza that wasnt so special

Today I am called by another manager stating they will refund us for the missing ingredient!

I feel robbed and cheated I hope karma come's swift and the employee's in that shop deal with the b.s they are treating customer's with!

I have worked at Papa John's and they have standard's I will be in contact with the people in charge

Have now recieved a response from Will the GM 😊 thanks for responding my call log show's I called you back 2x within 20 minute's of you calling Will.

As well as the lie about me calling you also lied about telling me to call you back if I had any complications with your topping refund. The specialty pizza I order had 3 topping's kinda hard to fudge that up.

Been super busy working and doing my Job correctly!

I spent $60 on one large pizza with 3 sides. One of the sides that I purchased was Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks. When they got delivered, they were completely burned to a crisp and crunchy. I called back to Papa Johns and spoke with a male manager and he said they would send new ones out. I was thankful for that. After waiting 30 minutes for my new breadsticks to be delivered and waiting to eat, the second round of breadsticks were delivered. The delivery driver was sweet and apologetic. I got inside and opened the garlic parmesan breadsticks and yet again they were the same exact way. I called and spoke to a different manager who was a female named Alex. She was acting like the breadsticks weren't burned and that she checked them herself. They are completely black, crunchy, and hard as a rock. She was rude about my concern and not solution oriented. I requested a refund for just the breadsticks and she said "Yeah we'll see". The customer service and the quality of the food wasn't very pleasant, will not be visiting this Papa Johns...

Goodness i miss their old driver. I called and was told he was fired for sharing his opinion. That man made sure my pizzas were delivered without issues. And if a pizza was messed up he always brought me back the correct pizza. . . Shaun and Will come back to papa johns. Otherwise we are done ordering pizzas. . .

The freaking mice in the mens bathroom is nasty as heck. And the dead mouse under the bench, when i told the mananger aby,,, she told me," they will clean him up when we close. Pick another seat for now." . Also agreeing with a few other comments. Youve got an alex in there. And another woman who tries to act like a manager. But no one in this papa johns knows how to greet customers, and after sitting on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes. . i called hungry howies instead. Bring William the manager back. Aby and Nick as manangers is turning this place...
