Five Guys — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I ordered a burger for pickup, and when I got home, it was a bun full of onions with no meat. A burger joint forgot meat on my hamburger. Think about that. They wrapped up a bun with ketchup and onions. At a burger place. That's all they make.

I'm sure you're assuming that I just called, and they straightened it all out, right? WRONG hombre. I guess it was within an hour or so of closing, so it appears they took the phone off the hook, and it went straight to voice-mail. But they called back right away, right? WRONG again. I would give NO stars if it would be left as a review. We ordered food one day to go and when getting back to work it wasn't right so my coworker comes in there and deals with a very rude girl. The girl would not give her a phone number to call and told her to go online and get it. Long story short that is incorrect and she knew that, we ended up with a gift card to get lunch in the future........... Fast forward a month and a half....... What has happened to this store; I used to be a frequent diner and I'm back in town for the weekend? Started off by the fact that the indoor dining was closed then the staff was cold faced; definitely looked like they didn't want to be there. Music was too loud and cashier couldn't here me and vice versa given he was wearing a mask. The fry area was littered with French fries all over the floor. Shift leader looked like she had to do everything in the back because of seemingly new employees. Just a poor all around experience except for the burger being really good.
