Pam and Todd are incredibly genuine and kind. They are truly experts on all things comfortable and great for the back. They are all about finding the best product for you and not just what has the highest price tag. Words can't describe what they did for me and my family and now they have loyal customers for life. We've bought various products from them in the past, but when my family was searching for a very important birthday present for our 80 year old mother/mother-in-law, some of the family suggested that we take the cheaper route and buy a lift-massage-heat chair from another popular online source only to be lied to and let down because the product we ordered and was told was available and would arrive on time for her birthday, actually would not. In a panic, with very little time left, I reached out to Pam and she did everything possible to get us the exact lift-massage-heat chair we wanted on time (actually we several days to spare) for no extra charges. I bought an expensive desk chair for my home office about 15 years ago. I was having back problems at the time and the chair worked very well for me. Over the years, the armrests, which were covered in a vinyl, began to show signs of wear and age. The chair itself is covered in a different material which has aged well. I have been very pleased with the chair. However, when I went to the same store in Mt. Pleasant to ask about getting the armrests repaired or reupholstered, I was told by the young man who helped me that this couldn't be done and that I would have to buy a new chair. The new models, which look very much the same as my chair, are much more expensive now. Buying a new chair seemed a little unreasonable, so I left feeling frustrated. When I talked to an upholsterer, I was told that the armrests could easily be removed and reupholstered. The chair is now good as new. This store has quality merchandise and I would highly recommend their furniture. I just hope the young man learns that honesty will bring him more success in the long run than giving misleading information...

I can't say enough good things about Relax The Back and everyone that works there. I was just looking at massage chairs when I came in there. Brooke told me everything I needed to know and had me sit in a few. After the first one I knew I had to have one. She was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Todd saw me in one and knew right away I was too big for it. He and Brooke helped me decide on which chair to buy. After the sale any questions I had were answered right away by Brooke. The chair was delivered today and low and behold it was Todd (and his assistant) who was assembling it. I knew right away it would be assembled right because he knew his stuff with these chairs.
