Arhaus — Local services in Mount Pleasant

Any issues and you will get ZERO support from these people. Talked to the manager over 2 months ago. He stated "I will process a refund to the card used and I will email you your refund details". No email, no phone call and now over a month later I call to check on things and NO PAYMENT processed. Fast forward another 72 hours - Multiple calls and multiple messages. NO CALL BACK. Just called again and got another lady. She told me he was in but on the phone and he would call me back. After explaining to her I've already been promised a call I would rather hold for him since he is there she said OK and somehow we got disconnected almost immediately. Truth be told they have great furniture but so does SO MANY other places. So what is the next deciding factor? The people that are suppose to be helping you.......This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with furniture. I've purchased probably close to 35K worth of furniture in the last 6 months from multiple stores and I haven't had any issues like I have with this Arhaus location including: VERY long back orders on shipping, wrong shipping information (which caused a missed delivery at which time the furniture stays on the truck and goes back to a completely different state to be rescheduled.......) I personally will never do business with this company again and I highly suggest anyone looking here to go over ALL of the details and make sure you get everything right the first time because if anything gets messed up you can forget getting...

I have had the pleasure of working with Nicole Zinny at Arhaus in Mt. Pleasant for several months now, and I could not be happier!!! I was visiting Charleston from Savannah, looking to find some pieces for my new condo here. On the last day of my trip, and having had no luck thus far, I just "popped in" the Arhaus showroom in Mt. Pleasant. Nicole graciously greeted me, thoughtfully asked me about my lifestyle and my space, and intuitively showed me several options right there on the floor. She and her assistant truly made me feel as if I had a scheduled appointment, which I found so professional. We "zoomed" the very next week, and I was presented with specific pieces across various price points she thought would work well in my space, and she even suggested paint colors and other creative ideas I never would have thought of myself. I walked in that day a bit overwhelmed at furnishing an entire condo, and Nicole could not have been more professional, helpful, understanding and patient, a true interior design professional!
