We have been to this location, but most of the employees didn't bother to acknowledge us, except for one affable gentleman that was putting up some displays near the bathroom. He seemed pretty preoccupied with hanging heavy items up and down the ladder. It wasn't busy, so I thought the other sales ladies might approach and help us, but they seem to avoid eye contact with us, so it definitely made me uncomfortable. We left the store, and ordered our Bloom cabinet, wall art, and 2 night stands online instead. We need a console and a few lamps next, but I don't think I will have any reason to return to this store when live-chatting with the Ballard Design website is more helpful than the unwelcoming stonewalled feeling that I got...

Not too busy on a Friday afternoon and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Stopped in to look at entertaining pieces for a party. The young lady who helped me rang up the purchase and offered to take it out to my car, for which I appreciated after I tried to get in into my house - a very heavy piece. Before we left another staff member mentioned the candles were on sale and needless to say they got two more sales from my cousin and myself.

I stumbled upon Ballard Designs a few weeks ago and went in and met Sophie. Then I took my boyfriend and we met with her again. Does this already give you insight to how indecisive I am?! ;) Sophie went above and beyond and even came out for a home consultation to make sure I liked everything and it went well with what I had at home!
