I'm giving this McDonald's one star because I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large caramel macchiato with whole milk and extra caramel syrup and extra caramel drizzle at the bottom of my cup because I like to drink it LOL. Anyways I get to the window after paying and they let me know that their macchiato machine is down for cleaning. It's already frustrating that the machine is down and I have already paid for my drink but the lady at the window offered me a large caramel frappe with all my extras at the bottom so I took that with no problem. I'm going to pull out of the drive-thru and realize not only is my caramel syrup missing but I have a medium drink so I go back through the drive-thru and she proceeds to tell me that I get a medium instead of a large and then she realizes she messed up and she said oh yeah you did get a large and I said well I realize that my caramel syrup was not in my drink she says that does not come in the frappe I said well I already paid for it so I'd like it in my drink and she proceeded to say go forward to the window and then quit talking. I pull forward to the window and I tell the guy in the window that we're just picking up a drink that was messed up and he says pull forward and a rude tone. When I got home, there were only two packets of ranch in the bag, no nuggets. When I called the store so I could come back and get my nuggets, they thought I was a prank call and hung up on me mid-phone call. I called again and told them I wasn’t a prank call, and that their behavior when i’m actually trying to get this resolved nicely is unacceptable. They promise me two free 10-piece nuggets. I drove back to get my nuggets, and they told me to pull up to the second window. They give me one 10-piece nugget with NO SAUCE after stating at the speaker I wanted ranch. all of the service people left the window and I waited for three minutes until someone came to the window and said “what do you want.” I explained to them that I wasn’t promised over the phone for two free 10-piece nuggets and I was only given one with no sauce. The person at the window doesn’t say anything and slams the window shut only to come back with her bare hands holding the other 10-piece box of nuggets and 4 ranch packets.
