This place is awesome, I love the atmosphere and food but the staff is top notch. From bartenders to waitresses, there are no complaints from this side. When I walked in I was greeted by a young man at the bar which was nicknamed Red but his name is Chase, I believe. Red was spot on with his drink mixology. I ordered an Old Fashioned and I can honestly say it was the best I have ever had and I had a couple more just to be sure. After Red served me my first drink I sat down with my wife and I were greeted by our waitress. She was a very cute blonde college girl and man did she know her job. Alexis was her name and she knows how to take care of people. She is a definite people person, always smiling and seemed to know exactly when to come back to our table and provide us service. Our food came out in a very short time and was excellent. Alexis didn’t miss a beat, she brought us everything we requested and a smile every time she returned. Our trip to O’Kelly's was amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would say if you go, request Alexis for your server, she will make the night out, a spectacular one. Thank’s O’Kellys and Alexis for a...
Read moreWent there for the nostalgia after having left Mt.Pleasant in 2006. It took them an hour to bring my party the 4 food orders. When I ordered I made sure to explain that I wanted no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. So, when my order came naturally melted cheese was right on top. When I finally flagged down the waitress they remade my food, yet still the fries were old as we're everyone elses. My one friend got sick from his order and missed a large chunk of the show we came to watch at The Soaring Eagle, stuck in a bathroom while Zakk Wylde shreds. We were late because of how long everything took and missed most of the opening band. Bad food, bad service, you should be ashamed to serve food, you've really turned this place into and craphole in less than 20 years. It's so sad, you're bad and you...
Read moreIf there were a Hall of Fame for servers, Ava at O’Kelley's would already have a golden statue, a lifetime achievement award, and probably her own signature cocktail on the menu. Me personally I would tip 99% of every check I obtain for the rest of my life to her. Her service isn’t just good it’s unfashionably and outrageously good. From the second you sit down, Ava makes you feel like you’re the star of your own VIP experience. She’s not just friendly she’s a radiant beam of hospitality energy that somehow lights up the whole place. Honestly, if Ava ran the DMV, people would probably leave smiling and tipping. If you haven’t had the pleasure of being served by Ava yet, you’re simply not doing O’Kelley’s right. 10/10. Five stars. A standing ovation. Someone give this woman a raise, or...
