Paisano's Pizza Grill — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I frequent this establishment every Thursday and can honestly say I absolutely love this place! I love the wings, the pizza is amazing and the atmosphere is very family friendly. That being said, I never thought I would have to complain about wanting more seasoning on wings lol. Your wings are too big and too juicy to be flavorless and bland tasting. In fact, this is one of the few places where I’ve absolutely loved the cook of the wings as It was always perfect. So perfect that I order 6-8 boxes of wings every Thursday! My family and I just ordered 8 tonight. Needless to say, I was rudely informed that the wings would be an extra charge to add any extra seasoning and with the attitude I received for even asking, I swear all 8 of my boxes of wings, came even more bland that the last time lol. However! This last week, I received extra seasoning as I was trying to explain to the young lady, I just want my Lemon pepper to taste like it and Crajun to taste like Cajun and ranch. That is all, lol, but I guess it depends on the mood of whoever is working. Anyways, this is too good a deal to pass up so I appreciate your business but I will take mine to the West Ashley Store instead. I immediately called them after leaving this establishment and they laughed at me and said it was not a charge at all for some seasoning lol.. If I was still in the area, I told her I would’ve returned these 8 boxes to Mount Pleasant and run there. But since adding my own seasoning upon getting home, I will just take this loss and visit West Ashley next Thursday! Monday the 28th. 10:30pm. Well, I guess there is a skill to pizza making after all. How is it even possible to be sitting at a booth and have a pizza come directly out of the oven, but yet have the crust be soft and mushy like a piece of wet bread? The entire slice was like a limp nooodle?Ordered extra cheese. NO WAY that was extra. The only thing extra was the money they charged. They got 500 different kinds of specialty pizza, but nothing with pepperoni??? Only the most popular topping in the world. Why does that matter? To get a pepperoni pizza you have to build your own as if that’s something special. And trust me when I tell you by the time you get done building it, with pepperoni and extra pepperoni and you ARE going to want extra cheese believe me and maybe mushrooms the price literally DOUBLES for the advertised medium of 12.99. I got pepperoni, extra cheese, mushrooms and black olives and the price was 25.99. And last but not least the fried mushrooms. Or should I say fried pieces of mushrooms. A basket came out that was unbelievable. Not one mushroom in the bunch. These little tiny pieces of fried crust that was basically inedible and nothing that even resembled a mushroom. This place is absolutely fantastic. I walked in, and I immediately knew that I was going to enjoy my experience. The curb appeal is fantastic and when you walk in you quickly notice that there is a old time game room with Pac-Man, ski ball, and various claw games. This was right up my alley. I asked the young lady at the counter to just pick her favorite pizza, which was a ranch and buffalo something or other. I don’t think there’s anything on the menu that isn’t fantastic. I got a chance to talk to several people and get an idea about why they love working there and it’s because they work for two amazing man… the owners. The paisanos:-)

I was able to have a nice glass of wine and sample a few tasty beers that were local. Everybody I talked to that worked there expressed that they sincerely loved working there.
