Placed my order at 8:27 AM with only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Waited several minutes while they served that car. Was never told there would be a wait and to pull forward until AFTER they had taken my money. Already 7 minutes in. Waited two more minutes, but had to get to work. Went into restaurant for refund. Cashier did everything she could not to give me my refund. Then her and manager said chicken had to be cooked fresh. This was 10 minutes afrlter the order. Finally got my refund at 10 minutes, and I added that if the order was going to take 10 minutes, then need to let people know ahead of time. At that point, the cashier sarcastically exclaimed it hadn't been 10 minutes. I proved it had been. Still no chicken. Instead of controlling her mouthy employ (and maybe given me my small meal, $2 worth of chicken biscuits to apologize, she sheepishly walked away from her employee, no discipline. I myself have been a career Customer Service Manager with many years as a Rep. If I had an employee who talked the way she did to a customer, I'd fire her on the spot. My crew and I were quite pleased with the overall time at this location. The service was fast and friendly; textbook customer service. Shoutout to the hiring manager. My companions and I thoroughly enjoyed our food. As far as my 4 for 4 went, I can’t not express the satisfaction enough with mere human words. The cost to benefit analysis of the 4 for 4 is exquisite and is what every business should strive for. You may be wondering why I gave Wendy’s only 4 stars? The only reason is that they had to refill the ice at the Coke machine. Now I’m not upset about that per se, however if the Coca-Cola distributor was present I’m sure that they’d be upset. Read moreUpdated review: The quality of this specific Wendy's has plummeted. It's been little things here & there until tonight. The fries weren't even warm & tasted old (trash), & a jalapeño bacon burger that was room temperature when I asked & they confirmed a spicy chicken jalapeño sandwich. They gave me ice in my drink after asked for none & they repeated for confirmation. And they didn't include one of the cheeseburgers or the receipt. Not worth it any more, I'll go somewhere else next time.
