I just went through the drive thru I had a coupon for buy one chicken sandwich get one free I told them through the drive thru and I told them out the window I even handed her the coupon and she's still me the money back for the free sandwich so like most drive thru people she had an attitude so she had to call her manager to fix it for her I don't understand why she didn't know how to apply the coupon she just didn't ask somebody in the beginning but that's neither here nor there I was extremely nice to her like I always AM because I myself have words in the fast food business and I understand the long night and unappreciative people she was so rude and I was extremely nice to her I smiled at her I told her thank you many times she even stared at me multiple times with ugly go to hell look and all I could do was smile when my order was ready which I had to wait about five minutes which I'm okay with it I'd rather wait for fresh food in cold food she handed me my bag with an attitude I said thank you no response she handed me my frosties said thank you no response us for a drink holder she's 11 out the window and I stared at her and she stared at me back and then I said what is your name she told me her name and I said okay you have a good night she told me her name was Alexis whoever the manager is of the store needs to have a talk with her because I don't appreciate the service and I'm sure I wasn't the first customer...
   Read moreAfter a long shift I wanted to get a quick bite to eat before heading home. I searched google and saw that this location is open until 2 a.m. I decided to make the detour. When I arrive there at 1:10 a.m. (July 28th 2023) the lights were still on, drive thru menu was lit up, speaker and screen were on and their clearly employees still inside. I tried to order but no one would respond even though they knew I was there waiting to order food. They knew I was there because someone was there to pressure wash the store (which by the way he was blocking the path to exit the drive thru with his car) and that person saw me waiting. The pressure washer approached the drive thru window, an employee opens it and they start talking while pointing and looking at my car. At this point I figure that the pressure washer would move his vehicle so could exit after orderingâŚ.. I was wrong. Instead he disappeared aaaannnnd the employees of Wendyâs ignored as I tried to get them to answer the drive thru speaker. At this point I realized they made the decision to close 50 minutes before the 2a.m. Closing time. Iâm clearly frustrated but to top it off I had to back all the way out of the drive thru (which is fairly long and dark at 1a.m.) because the pressure washer decided to block the exit with...

No one in this drive thru while I walked inside I see why....24 bucks plus a $5 tip since the cashier asked for one at the register. 20 mins later. 8 employees- all completely lazy and unaware of their surroundings and lost with no direction, along with management standing looking around no one knowing what to do. 2 on cell phones.
Ordered 2 biggie bags. 1 baconator sandwich only.
Received none. Was begging them I at least needed my kids food because I had to pick up my daughter after waiting 25 mins.
Received one biggie bag made completely wrong with mustard, it doesn't even come with mustard originally. Other biggie bag, fries missing. Half meals and nothing to eat.
My baconator sandwich 25 mins later, missing. No food for me.
In the end I wasted 25 mins, did not receive my kids food or my food, they handed me 2 burgers I didnt order as compensation but when I looked at everything after I ran out because I was going to be late, it was all mustard on food I couldnt eat and lost 30 bucks on. Im so unhopeful for this location that I won't even drive the 8 mins back to complain. These people are LOST. No saving this place. Im starving! Run...
