First of all, your servers are rude. We got there and we tried to order through your kiosk, I asked your server how to scan in my mobile app to get the points for my rewards which I always do. The boy who works there seems like he does not like what he is doing. I guess he does not want to be disturbed because he is cleaning. He looks upset that he had to do our order and not on the kiosk. Mind you it is only 5:23PM. When he put our orders he did not even informed us that it is ours. He prepared my order wrong. I paid for a large drink but he made me a small one. When we asked him if it is ours, he said yes, we told him we ordered large. So, he made a large size. Fortunately, I checked on the drinks. I saw something in my drinks. I told him I am just getting the small one instead of the large because who knows what he did to my drinks. We did not yell or showed him any attitude. Instead, he was the one giving us that rude attitude. After giving us the order he continued cleaning and making loud sounds with the equipments. If I can give this a zero rating I will. Dunkin please investigate this location. It will ruin your reputation. Next time, I will just order to another coffee shops.
P.S There is a guy waiting before us and he waited so long before he got his orders. He looked so pissed. The date today...
Read moreI visited this location on 7/13/2020 and I usually order my food through drive thru but the line was extremely long so I went inside the restaurant to place my order. When I got inside there was a total of 3 people waiting in front of me, but I noticed immediately was the employees. They were out of control, one of the employees was working with a bonnet on her head, another one I over heard cursing, another one was singing and dancing. The whole place was just extremely disorganized and the customer service was horrible! When I reached the register the employee didn’t even greet me, she just looked at me as if she was just waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. Customer Service 101: Always great your customer! For example: “Hello, welcome to Dunkin Donuts May I take your order (or what can I get for you today). Then my coffee had to go back and get redone because it wasn’t what I asked for and to add insult to injury as I was waiting for my food another customer entered the establishment and her coffee order was wrong too. Read moreI came here a total of three times. Each time that I’ve been here, the customer service is terrible. I decided to get some snackin bacon and 2 lattes for myself and my mom. We love the warm sugar and spice in the bacon. I was here last week and purchased some that I snacked on while driving home. It was nice and warm. Today however; the bacon is ICE COLD. I take it inside and is rudely greeted by a girl named Isabella. She has the most disgusting aura and energy. I told her my bacon was cold and she rudely said that it’s sold at room temperature. I informed her that I was just there last week and got two nice warm and crispy snacking bacons. Isabella then rudely stated that it’s company rules to serve it at room temperature. The fact that she tried to gaslight me by saying she worked there for two years and it’s never been served hot was insulting. So was I dreaming when I ate it warm LAST WEEK at this exact location???? Inside the kitchen is disgusting. Food crumbs and spills are everywhere. I decided to return everything. They are handling dirty money and credit cards while preparing food.
