Subway — Restaurant in Mount Pocono

The customer service was horrible.i asked about the special by 1 get the next free so no straight answers. Then I ask what do I have to do the guy said I have to order on line so I ordered rite in front of them it came through then he replied no you did it wrong meanwhile the other guy is already making both of the sandwiches. So after going back-and-forth and sandwiches was almost 100% made the guy said no you supposed to order online and buy two sandwiches and get one for free but that’s not with the commercial say. Then he have the nerve to say yeah I know you you come in here all the time you’re my buddy. Well if I was your buddy we would have came up to some kind of agreement and you would not have took in the meat off the sandwich and put it back in the tray and put the bread back into the storage cabinet. Every time I go in there I leave a 2 to 3 dollar tip and have great conversation with the guy but he deafly lost my business I would never go there again.I clearly told him you just lost a good customer who always come in here with a smile and to give you a tip even though if the service is not 100%. Went in today for my lunch break. I asked for a panini sandwich, the one they’re advertising. I have ordered this before at a different location and knew how it was made. Lady makes my sandwich the way she wanted it. She instead toasted it and when it came out asked for my veggies and as she was about to wrap up my sandwich, I kindly said “that’s not how I want my sandwich, I asked for the panini press please.” She rudely responds “it’s the same as toasting it.” I responded “I understand it’s still toasted but it’s not how I asked for my sandwich to be made.” She proceeded to tell me it’s the same thing and wrapped my sandwich up anyway. I don't know I'm giving it 3 stars because it's a toss up I frequent this place because it's in Walmart itself I don't understand why the places always dirty the tables are always dirty no matter what time you go there is just dirty but it is Subway and listen that Turkey is great I know it's imitation but it's a good sandwich for the price you can't go wrong I love the meatballs to man our source for some reason doesn't give me heartburn with some green peppers and onions and it and olives and it's a great sandwich but clean it up just a little bit a little pride I realize you have one person working there and I realized that no matter what you do you're not gonna get 2 or 3 people to work there I don't know why places busy enough but no matter what time I go to place is dirty that's why...
