Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mount Pocono

Update to this below. Very strange inside. They were allowing people to bring alcoholic drinks inside. The bathroom water was boiling at the sink. Just not a good place I recently visited the Taco Bell located at 3196 Route 940 in Mount Pocono, PA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I noticed that the staff seemed disengaged, with no one approaching the counter to take orders or assist customers. This lack of attentiveness made the ordering process frustrating and time-consuming.

After finally placing my order, I was dismayed by the excessive wait time. Despite the restaurant's promise of fast service, I found myself waiting far longer than expected. This sentiment is echoed by other customers; for instance, one reviewer noted that this Taco Bell is the "slowest 'fast food' around," mentioning a 45-minute wait for their food.

Additionally, the estimated pickup times provided by the restaurant were inaccurate. I had placed an order online, expecting it to be ready upon arrival, but instead faced significant delays. 1230am food run. The person taking order sounded welcoming. Got to window manager called cashier away from window but not out of view or earshot. Seem to be reprimand in front of peers and drive thru customer. This caused a hold up with receiving order. She then proceeded to complete purchase herself when she came to the window. Just looking at drink when it was handed to me I could tell that the mix was off (Baja blast). Taste like seltzer water. Informed her the drink wasn't correct, she took it back with look of aggrevation and proceeded to make it again with same outcome. Asked for refund with appeared to bother her more. Got order and pulled away from window. Checked bag and salad was made wrong, checked receipt which states correct order. So now had to get back in drive thru line and had to wait because line was backed up. Got back to window another friendly face was there and corrected order...

I got text message that said my order was ready. But my order was staying behind the counter. I asked help from staff to get my order. But they all refused me. I waited more than 15 minutes while I was trying to take attention of some who can give my order. But they all were deliberately refusing to speak with me. After 15 minutes I had to reach out to grab my order and then all staff started to yelling at me. I was invisible for 20 minutes and suddenly they realised that I was there. One of them in a rud menner, said that "you can't take your order and we I dont care" . Then I dropped of my order back. I started to wait again while they all were watching me.
