If I could give a zero stars, I would. The reason I'm doing it is a customer service I had received today from the employees. I called ahead to confirm that the product I desired is available for purchase and I very clearly stated that I will be making my trip to get it from the store. When I arrived despite a bit challenging snow weather, I got informed by the employee that the product I wish to purchase can't be sold to me, because it is heavier than 50 lb and the man will not risk his health to bring it to the front for us to load it. When my husband and I suggested to help with bring it up, we also were denied that due to whatever policies, liabilities, whatever heck is that... The point is, I called ahead, I was given green light to come and buy the product and not being informed on such requirements that perhaps they have not enough manpower just to bring it from the back room... They didn't make any efforts to help to solve the situation, not even little effort or response to suggestions from our side, like can you check if any nearby store has it... And on the top of everything they called cops on us for just trying to do what to make purchase?! Needless to say that we're very disappointed. The cops couldn't have anything on this case, and it's a shame that such a lousy customer service waisted public funds of the state and city to have such resolution of the situation instead of getting a little step and just try to make extra call to next store and at least show that they care. Shame on you people! We never going back at this store and will make our friends and neighbors aware of how you don't care for the customers and trying to cover your incompetency by calling...

Please be careful pre-ordering stuff. Takes forever. Took a month to get item for it to be what looks like damaged by forklift. Cracked in several places. Can't even order until I bring it back, which is a huge problem considering how big it is and i had to borrow a truck...so it will be a longer wait! 2 months. SMh. Wish I didn't need the other part of the box because I will never pre-order here again. Also manager gives me a number to call, so they can tell me to call him back. Didn't offer a discount (even though I don't want one because damage is too much). Never again! Not even an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. Also wouldn't even check if the box was available...
