Wingstop — Restaurant in Mount Pocono

If you want to wait an extra 30 minutes past the time you were supposed to get your food while everyone who comes in gets served quickly served all while the food you get is lukewarm at best. Come here.

If you don't want to waste your money and time, get your food anywhere else around in Mount Pocono.

EDIT - Went a second time (Regret) the food was supposed to be done at 10:54, finally got my food at 11:25, cold, the employees were all playing around and being unprofessional while another employee did an apperent "drug deal" outside of the Beyond Hello, handing baggies to another person trying to be low key, who I assume to be off duty workers (Seen them go behind the counter and take a cup to get free drinks with.) don't come here, waste of money and time, this is the second time coming here and second time disappointed with the same problems...

I generally dont leave reviews but felt compelled to this time. This was the second time we have ordered from them. The first time it took about an hour so we decided to call in and wait a good hour before arriving. After arriving an hour later to pick up our order we were told they are running slow. After waiting an additional 40 minutes at wingstop we were told that there not sure what happened to our order and offered no options so we left. There does not seem to be anyone in charge and while the staff are hard working young kids something is off here as there were many people waiting over an hour for there food when they tell you...

Customers please check your food for pickup orders before you leave (as you should for every place you pick up food to-go)! This is a new location with freshly trained employees so mistakes are expected to happen & thats okay! We ran into an issue with our order but it was properly resolved after approaching staff a second time about it. So happy that theres a new Wing Stop location in town
