Worst place in this area to go to. I had a district manager call me to tell me that decaf is a speciality item after being told previously it is not, and was offered. WHAT?! I think drug tests are needed to their staff, especially if it is considered a speciality item to them. Previous after waiting inside for 15 minutes, I was asked if I ordered through their app to get my food. No, I did not, was not even made aware I had to, nor did the other ten people. We were actually ignored for 15 minutes before asked that question. Had I been asked 13 minutes before, I could have ordered through the app and picked up my order due to the drive through line being insanely long ( very fairly expected for lunch time at any fast food restaurant). The district manager offered nothing, hung up on me, and I am a business owner that will never go to Wendy’s, or have my staff order from them ever. You just just a lot of business by calling decaf a speciality item and previously not even acknowledging customers in your store and being rude to them about ordering from the app. Your district manager for the Mount Pocono area needs a very intense lesson in customer relations, and also what other fast food restaurants are offering in the area. Personally, I would just fire instead of wasting my time, it was obvious there was no care when it came down to customer satisfaction. You will not get a dime of mine, or my employees. And this sandwich was GROSS too. Do better. You’re good with your cute little comebacks online, but at least Burger King and McDonald’s don’t consider decaf speciality items and serve a mini sandwich to an adult. What a waste of $. Oh, and their district managers don’t do anything but try any reason to hang up on you without resolving anything. They can’t even do their job. What twits. Wendy’s work so hard with the quick come backs and to come at other fast food places to hard, but can’t tell you decaf is a special item. I’m still laughing. Do better. You lost a whole...
Read moreAwful service, alright food. Doordashers
Long story! I was doing some doordash in the area, and I had two deliveries along one route for Wendy's so I go to pick it up. I wait in line and I finally get to place my order and I tell the woman that I have two orders for doordash, in which she replied that Wendy's did not allow that because customers were complaining about their food not being fresh. My passenger says it came up in the doordash app why is doordash giving it to me as an order then. She responds telling us that it's just against policy and she's sorry, so we move on and just order one of our orders and my passenger is getting ahold of doordash to let them know that we can't fulfill the other order due to Wendy's policy. We get to the drive-thru window and the manager comes over and starts YELLING at us like a grown child. All while she was about 4 inches from another employee working window YELLING. She then proceeded to scream that we should let her do her job and we should do ours. Needless to say she still forgot a part of the order and the customer had to file a complaint on top of one being filed for her EXTREMELY inappropriate and quite embarrassing behavior for someone who is supposed to be the manager. When managing a store if theres a reoccurring problem that you cannot fix, report it to your higher ups and have it fixed. Don't yell out the drive thru window acting as if though I'm in a position to change YOUR PROBLEM! All the other employees did...
Read moreI had ordered the food utilizing the Wendy's app, and the order went through just fine. We had set the prep for 15 minutes. As we arrived, the order was being prepared in a timely fashion. I could see my name on the docket for the order. The order was just 5 minutes over the due time, acceptable. During the wait I noticed 3 managers quarreling, an employee seemed to be either disgruntled or rogue. As I received the order, I made a quick glance of it and had counted 7 items. Upon arrival back to the house i had observed the food scrutinously a second time and noticed numerous errors wrong or incomplete. 4 of the 7 items that were prepared were wrong. The Southwest and Caesar salads did not contain 2 of the items it should come with. No guacamole and the sauces were wrong. The caesar dressing was missing, the crouton and cheese packets missing. Ranch was given instead. The Asiagos sandwiches were different than those ordered. The take from this, is always ensure your order to be correct. I can see that just like ordering online, you pretty much get what you pay for. There is no place like box stores or malls for that matter where you see what you are getting. Though this is different than that, this experience was different. This won't deter me from Wendy's, but this is probably one of the worst experiences with service from Wendy's. I will remember this next visit out. Always...
