Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

The food was... sub par today. I ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches... and I only was given 1, and it had very little (and I mean minimalistic very little) cheddar cheese, so the sandwich was good, but dry. I even had to remind them that I didn't get my Jamocha shake as I was sitting there in the drive thru.

Was a very disappointing experience today. Usually expect subpar to laughable service from other restaurants, but Arby's has usually been a few pegs above all the others... that wasn't the case today unfortunately. I don't even have the time to drive back, as I would then be late to my shift across town.

My only request, if a manager reads this. Encourage your staff to double check their work. That's a life skill they will need even after they stop...

The good: crinkle fries and chocolate shake. The bad: everything else. Read on for more. The crinkle fries were hot and good. The meat on my sandwich looked and tasted funny. It was cold and rubbery. I did not eat thnasty sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. The chocolate shake tasted good. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. When I first walked in the door, there was a strange odor. I couldn't place it. I use the word odor because aroma makes it sound good. That should have been my first clue to leave. I begrudgingly ordered.. and waited... and waited for cold food, aside from the fries. Hell, I'd have taken it as it was ready instead of letting it sit and get cold. Super disappointed. I will not be back at...

This needs to be a negative star review. We were changed $11 for 2 sandwiches we didn’t order and we didn’t get the 2 sandwiches that we did want. How do you get Turkey Swiss on I can’t even tell what kind of bread it’s? When you order a roast beef with Swiss. That’s always what I order through a drive through. He can’t say he didn’t hear it right, I’m hard of hearing and Turkey sounds nothing close to roast beef. We were 5 miles away when we realized it and called the number.
