I watched a well know lady in town that works there as a manager steal money from the cash drawer. When I confronted her about it she said she wasn’t doing anything and basically calling me a liar. I went straight to the other manager and told him what was going on. I came in a few days later. She was still there, still in a management position and running cash drawers on her own. That’s terrible. I’ve been in a few more times since and she’s still there in the drawers. As customers we are able to have the option of asking for cash back. Pretty easy for an employee to get away with this kind of thing. I’ve asked for the DM to get ahold of me and haven’t heard anything either. With our town being so small we don’t have a lot of options. I don’t ask for cash back anymore and get a receipt every time. She could just be running refunds through and taking the cash that way too. Shame on the way this...

Last night, however, I went to this location and needed to purchase batteries. They were marked $10.29 and they rang up $12.99. I understand it's only a couple of dollars, but when I mentioned it to the cashier, I was told that they were marked wrong and "did I still want them". Nonapologetic at all. I have never not received the MARKED price when it was the store's mistake. I couldn't believe it and I won't be using this store again. Also, when I entered the store, there was a very loud conversation going on between several employees (not work related) and they certainly didn't stop or lower their voices with customers...
Read moreWe tried to call in an order for pizza at 6:55 tonight and we tried calling repeatedly for 15 minutes and no one answered. We ended up driving there to put in a order. I was expecting maybe staff shortage or the kitchen was closed, but instead they had 6 people working that didn't seem too busy at all. Everyone was nice while there but I'm really discouraged on the poor customer service. The fact that they all cared to take a smoke break over answering a simple phone call was disappointing. If things get better I'd be happy to leave a better review, but for now 2 stars is being very...
