Im not having any luck with your food nor services anymore. I thought the oak harbor location was bad, well didn't have a good experience at the MT Vernon location today at 1130. When I arrived, a kid was waiting to be served, I asked him how long and he said its been like 10 mins. Cool, so stood there and started timing. 3 mins went by and the server said he will be with us soon. 2 mins after, an elderly couple came with the June's coupon and I gave my spot in line to them. 2 mins passed and They asked a girl if he may order and the girl look at the other guy, said something and ran out the door. Probably break time. The guy told them they will take their order soon. Another 5 mins went by and the elderly man asked if he may order. Still, they can't help because of drive thru. The old man got frustrated and said "let's leave we are never coming back again". I stuck around just because I'm curious to see how long this would take. Another 2 mins passed and they finally took the kid's order and then mine. After scoping out the place, I notice there was only 1 English speaker and he was handling the front and drive thru during that time. More people showed up in line, I looked outside and cars were piling up and this is after the drive thru. They all were waiting on their meals as well. Finally got my order and no coke with my combo. I figure they were busy and forgot. I dine in for the entertainment. More people couldn't wait and walked out and cars were still piling up. Another elderly man received his meal and said "this is a combo, where's my drink!" After receiving his drink, he walked back to his table and told his wife to remind him to never come here again. A another worker came in and she helped out since she speaks English. It lighten up the load a bit. It's about 1241 now and cars are circled back around the building waiting for their food after they paid. The look on their face are filled with anger. Average was about 10 mins wait after the drive thru for their meals. It was entertaining. i was done eating and saw the guy making the tacos, well, he sweep the floor and picked it up with the dust pan and used the same glove to make the tacos. Guess the jokes on me since I just ate those. The place is clean though. Even the restroom is clean. Your place once was on top of my list. Love the munchies meal idea. I use to order the same meal everytime. Sourdough burger combo with curly fries, bacon cheddar potatoe wedges and tacos. The sourdough doesn't taste the same anymore, strike 1. Then the wedges were removed, strike 2. Now I felt like I ate dirt tacos. I'm done, no more jack in the box for me. Going to BK and McD. Hope everyone has a better...
Read moreOrder 18 dollars worth of food . Wasvtold to drive and park. There were about 4 cars waiting for food. One order came out , they drive away, then server brings me an order.. the server says nothing to me just drops the bag in my hands turns to walk back i look in it and dont see fries or hashbrown i say hey did you remember the hashbrown?.. but she ignored me walk away. It was dark outside so i couldnt really seeinside the bag, i thought maybe the other items were on the bottom. I reached ingrabed with a little force thinking it was gonna be a burger in a box and my hand squishs the item and finger breaks through wrapping. I realize this is not my order. I get out to walk in as the drive-through girl ,who was very nice, walked out an apologized. Said the other girl switched the orders. I told her i was very sorry i messed up the bag rummaging through it so i contaminate it. She said, "you can keep it if you want i would just have to throw it away anyway.".. (This has happened b4 at this store and others and keeping the food is normal). So i thought woah nice . I go back to my car and took some bites while i wait for my order which took a bit.. after waiting the second time the girl brings my order but she said my she spoke to her manager and they said i have to return the other food before i can get my order and i told her it was given to already and i ate some of it while waiting ... She said then you arent getting your foodbecause you got the other food. I told her then just give me my.money back.. she refuses saying i got the other order in place of mine since i didn't pay for the food that was given to me . she acted like i stole the food,At this point i am thinking gross maybe she went and got my order back from the other people and now was giving it to me and wanted to give the food in my car to the other people.(Talk abt cross contamination) I told her that what she was doing is theft and i would be contesting on my crecit card and filing a police report about the theft. Both of which i have done. I cant believe i was made to feel like a criminal.when it was not even my mistake. Decades i have given my.business to this location but I cant ever trust the food there again who knows if it was returned by another customer then given to me afterwards,...
Read moreI placed an order through the app at this location on 3/17 for 59.20. When I arrived, their system did not have the order. We verified the correct location, and I showed my order in the app. The young lady just kept repeating that she was sorry, but they did not have an order for me. So, I drove away- thinking that I could process a refund through the app (like the Golden Arches app). No luck. I ended up submitting a ticket online for a "refund request". No one contacted me. I have now submitted several tickets online and made several calls to the restaurant. No one has called me back, no one knows anything, and I cannot even get a good time to call a manager. They just don't know when the manager will be in. Supposedly, my name and number is being given to the manager, but no one ever calls me back. As of now, I am out $59.20. PLEASE BEWARE USING THE JACK IN THE BOX APP!!
Due to the response below from the owner, I have submitted a 4th ticket online, as instructed. I will update my review based on what happens with it. It is 3/30/22, and the owner responded to this review within a couple hours.
4/1/22 - It has been over 48 hours, and I have recieved no response to my online submission.
4/6/22 - It has been 1 week, and I have received no response, after following the instructions of the owner.
4/13/22- Recieved an email response from JITB.com, requesting information to process the refund at 4:02 PM. Provided all requested information by 5:22. Email states a refund will take 7-10 business days. Will update when it happens.
4/16/22 - The refund is now pending...
