BigFoot Java — Restaurant in Mount Vernon

The coffees and other drinks I get here are incredibly inconsistent. My iced mochas have repeatedly been almost entirely milk and ice, with barely enough chocolate to color the drink.

The majority of the baristas I've interacted through with are either rude or very annoyingly fake. Back when cash was still accepted, a barista once took my change as a tip without asking, and got snippy with me when I told her to give it back.

The intensity and methods with which most of the baristas try to solicit tips (especially when providing mediocre service or subpar drinks), makes me really uncomfortable.

When I originally posted a bad review of this business, I received worse service.

This stand has a high turnover rate, so I will hold on to hope that my midnight coffee runs will be met with a competent...

Got a really bad attitude from one of the workers there, example: person in front of me got smiles and helpful cheery full blown convo with the barista, i pull up and get a very dull squidward like personality and then she turns very spongebobby when she sees the people behind me, she proceeds to fullfill my order but very squidwardish, i can tell she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice with vs the ones she doesnt know, if there is one thing ive learned from working in retail and helping people out is no matter who they are you treat everyone the same and dont single out others just cause you see your best friends, other than that good drinks and food, idk if management ever reads this but please go over your policy with your employees, no one should be treated this way its...

Seems like EVERYTIME I go to the Mount Vernon Bigfoot Java the girls working there ALWAYS have the worst attitude. There is only 1 girl who works there that has curly short hair blonde hair and she always has a smile and greets the customers great but every other girl there is rude, has a horrible attitude and just overall isn’t nice. I don’t tip if they’re rude for absolutely no reason, and today I went and got myself and my kids a drink and when I handed back the paying device the girl looked down at it and then looked up at me and stared me down with a very mean look. I will be asking for names next time if I receive the same rudeness and will be making another review with names. I wish I could do ZERO stars for the horrible service everytime.
