If I could give this location negative stars, I would. We stopped in to order dinner and even though they were getting new equipment and had arranged for the store to close at 8:00pm, the staff that was coordinating the last shift were rude and highly incompetent! The manager talked down to the guy on the register as if he was an idiot and after we ordered, she scolded him in front of the 7 customers at the counter and the staff in the kitchen. She yelled: “I TOLD YOU NO A&W ORDERS!!!” Then her tirade went on for another minute or so. We ordered KFC and as we stood at the counter, another customer stepped up. He asked for an estimated wait time. So... once again the gentleman at the register turned to the manager in duty and asked for an estimated wait time on the guys order. the assistant to the manager was standing right beside her (the manager) and said “TOMORROW!” So the guy at the register asked again... and again... the assistant said loudly: “TOMORROW!” I couldn’t help myself and I verbally scolded the assistant, asked for a refund, and the customer who was told that his order would be ready “tomorrow,” left immediately shaking his head in disgust! This was the worst display of rudeness by any fast food restaurant I have ever visited and I am appalled that staff like this even have jobs dealing with the public!...
Read moreI've always enjoyed swinging by this KFC it's always been super clean and I felt very safe there. Today was kind of a different experience first of all I was competing for space in the lobby against a street person with his alleged service dog right away noticed the strong smell of wet dog. When I pulled in the parking lot I right away noticed a couple of questionable characters scoping out cars and what appeared to be car prowling. They appeared to disappear when I noticed them but as soon as I went into the restaurant they literally pulled right next to my car kept circling my car on foot it appeared that they were checking to see if my car doors were locked or not. As soon as I went back out to my car they took off and appeared to leave the parking lot only to circle the parking lot and come back in. They're also seem to be quite a few questionable characters sitting on the curb surrounding the restaurant. I know this sort of activity happens all over the state and there's a very little that management can do to discourage this activity. I did not feel safe there nor did I feel safe leaving my car unattended. My suggestion would be visitors to this KFC should use caution and not keep things of value in your car and keep...
Read moreThe "general manager" was extremely rude. Yelling at a customer, in front of other customers, is no way to stay in business. Dolores is rude every time we go in, and if it weren't for the fact that it's the only thing that sounded good nearby we would have left as soon as I saw it was her working the register. She rang up the food wrong, overcharging by more than double the actual price of an item on sale, and then held up her hand and told us to wait and she'd "get to it when she can" when it was brought up to her. My fiance asked for a manager and the manager proceeded to yell at him in front of other customers. I saw at least 3 people leave because of her telling and everyone was watching her argue about who was at fault. She repeatedly tried to blame us for the order being wrong. When he asked her for corporates number, she went in the back and told the cashier that they weren't corporate owned so corporate wouldn't do anything. I have already spoken with corporate and a report is being sent to the franchise owner. In retaliation, our food is wrong and poorly made. We definitely won't be back, I'll make the trip to another kfc location until something changes...
