McDonald's — Restaurant in Mountain Grove

Just came to this McDonald's after a long day of travelling and pulled up to the outside lane in the drive-through and sat there for 3-5 minutes without a greeting or anything. Another lady pulled up to the inside lane to order and was helped within 60 seconds so I waited for her to finish ordering (i said "hello?" a few times and nobody responded). Another vehicle pulled up behind the lady on the inside lane And their order was taken immediately so I pulled up to the 1st window where I encountered a very unpleasant employee. I stated that I had been on the outside lane well before the person in front of me arrived and the guy running the drive-through responded with "Well, I'm not WORKING both windows!" Not wanting to argue with a clearly unpleasant employee I pulled off. That situation could have been avoided if they would have said "I'm sorry. We are busy.. I am happy to help you now." But instead they decided to be argumentative and rude. I travel through this area regularly on my way to the airport for business trips and I will never eat at that McDonald's again. Whenever a customer comes to you with a genuine bit of feedback they're coming to you to give you the opportunity to fix the problem and make a good impression this employee chose to do the exact opposite and that experience will cost that McDonald's a customer for a...

Worst experience ever at this store. I ordered an angelburger plain meal. A cb happymeal plain. I reiterate plain please. Go sit with my little number card. Looked at the receipt and realized she rang it up a regular cb. Not plain. I went back to the counter to again say I need that plain. Said it to 2 people. At this point my other grandchild decided to get a burger. So I ordered a second PLAIN cb. We waited atleast 5 minutes for this order that should have taken 2 minutes. When she finally brings our tray, it has the cb with all the stuff on it in the happy meal. Meanwhile the person with us has finished eating. I take that cb to the counter to again say I need It plain and try to hand her the incorrect one. She jerked her hand away and very snippy said we cant take food back. She said you have the plain 1 and that was an extra. I said no I ordered and paid for a second 1. Five minutes later, she brings out the PLAIN cb sets it down and says, "Here you go. We open it and it's hard as a rock my Grandson couldn't even it. As for cleanliness it was disgusting. Whole lobby floor was covered in mud. Tables were all dirty with spills and trash. Behind the couter didnt look like it hadn't been swept since the previous day. There were 3 other diners...

Went through the drive through around 5:30pm. The girl taking our order was lackluster at best and annoyed when she started reading us back our order and we weren't finished ordering. My husband said "what?" And she said "Well I was trying to read your order back to you but I guess you aren't done" in an exasperated voice. We finished and she said "are you done now?" then proceeded with her normal thank you, come again schpeel, still annoyed. We ordered two burger meals and a chicken nugget meal. Nothing tricky, no specialty stuff just meals with all the same drinks. We were sent to parking space zero to wait because the numbered spaces were already filled with other waiting people. Supposedly we were waiting on fresh fries but only the top part of ONE fry out of three ordered was hot. The rest of the food was cold (from sitting in the bag waiting on the 1/2 container of hot fries) and my Big Mac was upside down in the box...what?? I have had better visits at this McDonalds that didn't involve cold food and snotty drive up workers. No the ticket for a free small fry or hashbrown did not make up for it....
