The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Georgia

I went to This location on hwy 78 in Stone Mountain GA on May 3, 2025 and had a bad customer service experience. Young girls with no people skills. I went there to use my $9.99 coupon for a lunch meal. The two ladies there told me I could not use it and it was still valid. It was good thru May 3, 2025. The girl with the nappy Afro was fixing sandwiches and salads without a hair net on and did not try to help me. The other girl working had green hair and no customer service skills. A white lady walked in and used her coupon. So many things are not right with my visit here. I contacted corporate office and emailed the ceo of Honey Baked Ham. I paid full price for my sandwich meal because I had promised to treat my nephew, who loves Honey Baked Ham. I am going to see how much Honey Baked Ham care about their customers. By the way, workers are not supposed have such hair exposed while preparing food. The girl Kelis or whomever she is should not be working around food with that nappy big tall Afro on her head. Too many young people working behind the counter.....they need customer service training. Started when i got to the counter the employee (african american, plump with glasses) did not greet me. Looked like it was a struggle to greet and ask me how she code help me. I asked the price of the ham by the slice. She said $18 but she didn't know if any was available (which was ok) and went to check. When she came back she brought a package. I asked her if there was more and could 1 get another. She sighed and said " yeah you can get another" but it looked like it was a chore for her to got back and get another. She cashed my purchase and reached her hand out for payment without telling the total cost. At the end she stretched my purchased out to me still no word said.....not even a "thank you" or "have a good day".....like her colleague did. Again poor customer service..... I guess she was a benefit to me vs me being a benefit to...

Let me say first, I LOVE Honey Baked Ham and we have it at every holiday and come pretty regularly to get a sandwich. While I am well pleased with other HBH locations, this one if awful. Normally, I have good service here but today wasn't one of those days. The lady assigned the "store supervisor" should supervise at McDonalds. She was very air-headed and confused. She messed up my dad's order & gave me a tea refill with what seemed like a bucket of sugar in the bottom of the cup.
