This pho spot is a must-visit for anyone looking for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal. The service is outstanding, with attentive staff who are friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. From the moment you’re seated, you feel well taken care of, and any questions about the menu are met with thoughtful recommendations and a warm attitude.
One of the most impressive aspects of this spot is how quickly the food arrives. Despite the care that goes into each bowl, the wait time is remarkably short, making it a perfect option for a quick lunch or dinner. You’ll be enjoying a steaming, aromatic bowl of pho in no time.
The pho itself is exceptional — rich, savory broth with a depth of flavor that tastes like it’s been simmering for hours. The noodles are perfectly tender, and the fresh toppings like Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños let you customize each bite to your liking. The protein options, from tender beef slices to juicy chicken and flavorful meatballs, are all cooked to perfection.
With its attentive service, fast food delivery, and incredibly flavorful pho, this spot is a standout. Whether you’re looking for a quick meal or a comforting bowl of soup, it delivers every time. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreMy friend and I visited this place for lunch on the weekend. It was quite empty, so we were seated right away. The server barely gave us 2 minutes to look at the menu before he started asking us what we'd like to order. Otherwise, the service was fine. My friend got their 1A pho, and I got the 1B pho. 1A pho was Tái Duôi Bo (Rice Noodle Soup, Rare Steak & Ox Tail) 1B pho was Phỏ Bo Filet Mignon (Rice Noodle Soup, Beef Filet Mignon) The broth in both the pho was not as flavorful as we wanted it to be. The rice noodles were all clumped together. The meat was tender but a bit dry. You can pick between two different bowl sizes - regular and large. The price difference between the 2 is only a dollar. Overall, the pho was okay. It was definitely filling. I also tried their Vietnamese coffee. If you don't like the bitterness of the coffee and want more condensed milk, then let them know ahead of time. Their Vietnamese coffee comes in sealed cups (similar to a boba milk tea), so adding condensed milke...
Read moreWow! Why didn't I discover this place earlier?! :o
NOTE: This review is based on food only, since I got this delivered.
Delicious! I ordered two things:
BBQ pork bahn mi: Slightly crunchy bread, yummy tender and well-seasoned pork, and just the right proportion of everything (meat, cilantro, mayo, etc.). Only surprising bit was that I didn't detect any of the mentioned-in-menu jalapeno, which is probably fine for me since that can overwhelm other flavors anyway. Very hearty portion (big sandwich!)
Filet Mignon dish with peppers and grilled onions: Mmmmm! I'm often skeptical when ordering filet-mignon-based dishes from non-steakhouses, but Pho To Chau nailed this! The meat was super-tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned. The rice was pretty darn boring (unseasoned white rice), but that's okay; meant I ate less of it, which is probably more healthy anyway :). Will definitely...
