I walked to this restaurant while my vehicle was being worked on. It was past 10am and the doors were still locked. I called the store and asked them if they were going to unlock the doors. The person that answered the phone told me that it should be unlocked but it wasn't. After a few minutes of waiting, someone unlocked the door. As I walked in the kitchen staff were careless and talking badly about me. They were saying that I was suspicious and another employee told her coworker that I was starring her down when I wasn't. I kindly explained to them that I can here everything they were saying about me. The employee that said I was suspicious tried to spin the story, but then began to just act condescending towards me. She handed me my receipt without saying anything at all. I also thought I heard them say that they intentionally messed up my order, but I'm not sure. I do know the order was messed up. I asked them how I could contact their GM. They claimed that he worked today. However, when I called today the employee that answered the phone told me that he didn't have the time because he was too busy to tell me when the GM would be in there. Read moreThis was literally just 10 minutes ago!!! I ordered a burger meal when I bit into the burger it was so mushy and wet I looked and it’s completely red. I couldn’t even swallow what was in my mouth. I called first before taking the trip back just to make sure someone could remake my food. The lady who answered the phone said to me well we don’t make burgers well done all of our burgers have red. I said excuse me? I don’t even like any meat well done but I know what a burger temperature should be set to to be considered done. And she say well do you still have the food. I respond yes. She said well if you bring it back it’s the only way I can remake it. (Which was my original question before she got smart) now I don’t even want the burger. She came back to let me know it was taking a little longer than expected, please be patient. She again came on the speaker to let me know they were still working on it and we could just have a conversation while I waited, discussed the nice warm day, how todays business is really affected by computers crashing and bringing business to a halt. She again apologized for the delay BUT it was up and working, took my order and thanked me for eating. Due to my past business position as a manager it was very refreshing to see a young person take enough interest in her position, job and company to do what she could to keep a customer and make a sale.
