Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Muncie

Ordered online. Asked for no sauce on the pizzas. We get to the drive through, get the pizzas and they have sauce on them. They tell us they didn’t know that we didn’t want it on the top too. We ask if they can get remade. They tell us yes. We find somewhere to park and 20 minutes later go back up. We then get told they haven’t started yet and that they have 20 other pizzas to make that have been paid for. We had already paid as well. They say they’re short staffed and we’re like okay but you said they could get remade. We ask how long it’d take because we live almost an hour away and they give us a time.We watch at the window as they seem to stand around and argue before another employee comes back saying they can’t make us $40 worth of pizza (2 large pizzas) for free and that they’re 11 tickets behind. They couldn’t even take the pizzas back. We get a refund and leave...

This location of Papa Murphy's flat out stole from me. I placed an online order to try them out. Showed up and they were packed. Was told it would be awhile before they could get to us. Didn't have the time to wait so asked if we could have the order canceled. I was told yes but that a manager would have to refund my order on Monday. Called the following Friday and was told the manager would call me Monday to make it right. That was almost 2 months ago. Still waiting on a phone call or my refund. Attempted to dispute the charge and they told my bank that "the order was fulfilled as promised". That's a lie. Will NEVER be returning and will make sure I let everyone possible know they will steal from you. Oh and my order was a debit card order from my bank that I went to work for, not that it matters. Theft is theft and these people...

This is a place where you basically pick up only, so it's hard to rate atmosphere - a waiting area and a bench :) Serves the purposes needed! I was very glad Papa Murphys came back after they shut down for a brief period! Love that you can grab a slightly healthier, fresher pizza ahead of time, cook when you want to! My mom says she divides them into quarters and bakes as needed being a single person in her house - great idea! I'm just a but sad they didn't bring back the Thai chicken pizza - it was tasty w it's sweet chili sauce! Love tho that they still have the Chicken Bacon Artichoke w spinach - a healthy combination!...
