Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muncie

I'm rating two stars because I've had good experiences there before. However, I went through the drive through and ordered a crunch wrap supreme without tomatoes and asked that instead of the soft taco, I have a beefy five layer burrito for an extra charge (I'd done it before with no issues) and the woman was incredibly rude to me. She got an attitude with me and told me that they don't do that at Taco Bell. I nicely informed her that I had done it before, even at the other location in Muncie, and she basically told me that she did not want to do it. When I got to the window, I smiled and said hello, and she ripped my card out of my hand without saying anything. I tried to joke with her, and she just kept ignoring me. She practically threw the bag into my car, said have a nice day in in the most unenthusiastic and sarcastic way you could have ever heard, then slammed the window shut. When I arrived home, the soft taco I had, had tomatoes on it. First, I asked for my crunch wrap without the tomatoes, so clearly I do not like them. Second, I've never in my life had a taco with tomatoes. They don't come with tomatoes and aren't supposed to, so I believe she did this on purpose because she didn't like me for whatever unknown reason. I understand if maybe you're stressed or not having a good day, but there is no excuse to be that...

This is the worst Taco Bell in muncie! I ordered 2 soft tacos and a chicken quesadilla and that's all... yet, somehow they managed to ruin it.. the soft tacos barely had any cheese or lettuce and the smallest amount of meat I've ever gotten in one of their tacos! The quesadilla was cut into 5 slices and out of those 5 slices only 2 and a half of them had anything in them! There were literally 3 slices that were nothing but the tortilla!!!! They have to be the most incompetent workers I've ever dealt with in a restaurant.... it isn't that hard... yet they seem to screw it up almost every time I go! Which is why I very rarely ever go there... but this experience was hands down the worst I've ever had there! It is Tuesday December 27th 2022 at 9pm.... so whoever is working tonight should look into a different profession that doesn't require them to use what little...

There are two taco bell locations near my home. This location has given problems with orders on three out of the five times we've been here. Usually, I can get it fixed. This time, because my son and I ate our meals in the restaurant, and took my husband's to go, of course the receipt made it to the trash. Later, my husband finds there is no meat in his cheesy potato burritos. We call and ask for a manager and are told that the manager is busy. We offer to bring the food beck in place of the receipt, but they said there was nothing they could do, even bringing to food back. I will now travel the extra couple of miles to avoid using this location...
