Dunkin' — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

This branch location is the worst, I don’t write reviews but this definitely needed one and someone needs to do something about the horrible service. I visit once a weekend for my kids and I, in the last 2 months there have been 5 times they were out of doughnuts. I can’t even understand how that’s possible. Second the servers are not helpful or attentive to customers. I stood in line for 30 mins with one person in front of me, the employees were standing around talking instead of helping me or the customer in front of me. 2 employees were either off work or on break talking and flirting with the employees who were working causing them to be even slower. All of the food I ordered was ready and only needed to be bagged except for the avocado toast and I still stood there for 30 mins. And when the toast was finally ready the employee whom had been flirting with the coworker on break in front of me she handed it to her when she did not order it but she took it anyways. I stood there even longer thinking they were still going to make me one but they weren’t and realized what they done then proceeded to yell for the employee to make another one which as simple as it is to make took another 5 mins. They offered no apology for the wait or the mix up and seemed annoyed they had to do their job to begin with. Complete lack of structure and work ethic is non existing. The service is the same every time I come there. If my kids didn’t love their doughnuts I wouldn’t go at all. Would love to see some change, the management is obviously not conducting a successful branch. I’ll be reaching out to whoever I need to in order to address these issues until...

Very poor customer service from the manager. I ordered avocado, toast, caramel craze latte, and snack and bacon. The caramel craze latte was not a caramel craze latte. I had to give it back to be remade. The bacon was cold, freezing cold, and stuck together in a ball when I took it back in there, I asked for the manager and showed it to her. Her response was the bacon comes cold. If you want it warmed up you have to ask. Are you absolutely kidding me you would serve cold pork in the morning for breakfast. Cold pork will make you sick inside your stomach like I’m confused and appalled that her response would be your bacon comes cold unless you ask for it to be warmed up. This is how Dunkin’ Donuts is doing. I will stop going. This was my first time trying out this Dunkin’ Donuts on South Church St and it will be my last. I eat Dunkin’ Donuts almost every single day And I get the same thing. I’ve never received cold bacon from any Duncan establishment. If this Dunkin on South Church is serving food like this I highly recommend you do not purchase from them otherwise you may get sick. Who would want cold bacon for breakfast. And then the manager act is that she had an attitude to warm the bacon up. The girl working the drive thru Saturday 6/29 in the morning was so hateful and argumentative. I tried ordering 6 donuts and selected based off their menu posted outside. I specificsllynasked for chocolate glazed which is what the menu lists (the chocolate cake donut with glaze). She wanted to argue with me that it was called chocolate cake. I told her I was reading directly from their menu so maybe it shoukd be updated. She said customers are wrong and get confused. When I got to the window her attitude continued. I handed her my card for tap to pay. She asked if it was apple pay. I said it was samsung pay, not really sure if that even matters. She got mad about that. Shoved the donuts at me in their box and was like "byeee". If she hates her job so much maybe she should look for alternate employment or not work with customers. I'm not sure what I did to piss her off or if that's her baseline but man she was hateful over some donuts I was trying to pick up for my kids sleepover. I have never been to this store previously and will NEVER go back. Save yourself the trouble and drive elsewhere. The kids enjoyed the donuts, so the food was fine as far as I know. The whole issue is this woman's attitude. I hope her day got better because the world does not deserve that level of unjust anger...
