It was about 7:45pm when our family got to Fazoli's. My in-car thermometer said the outside temp was 68 degrees...not bad at all. It was at LEAST 10 degrees colder when we entered the restaurant. While ordering we asked if it was possible to turn the heat on. The cashier, who was wearing a sweatshirt AND a nylon jacket, said no...that she wasn't allowed. When I pulled my debit card out to pay she quickly pointed at where I needed to swipe it and said "And then you choose the tip amount and finalize it." I must've been on auto-pilot because I did just that. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't tipped at all. We sat in the dining room to wait for our food. Three other tables were occupied. Everyone was talking about how cold it was inside - to others at their table and to other tables. When the cashier finally bought our food out I told her that I understood she wasn't allowed to turn the heat on but could she at least turn the air conditioner off. She said she'd ask but "probably not". An elderly couple two tables over immediately got up and left, leaving the majority of their meal behind. We were five minutes behind them. Read moreOrdered the Chicken Park Lasagna (new item) not good at all, not what was pictured, would not recommend. As a regular customer on Tuesday night, I observed bad customer service, as our food was brought to the table, I noticed that the grated cheese was not on the tray nor mentioned. Assuming they were probably out, then I noticed other customers getting the grated cheese, this looks real bad on Fazoli because observing scanning the restaurant we were of a different race than the other customers. Right before getting ready to leave a critter came crawling across the table, at this point I am done with Fazoli's I asked a worker to get the manager on duty. The manager came out only to find out she was not the manager of the store but of the Tullahoma location. I explained to her what had taken place from the moment order placed until the critter crawled across the table. The on site manager offered to refund my money, and yes o accepted. She refunded in CASH, would have prefer to have funds back on the card. Read moreBeen a few times but, everytime I go the experience gets worse. So lats night orded combos with house salads for both the lady rang in ceasers and I had to correct her. Then ended up bringing us ceaser salads any way so rather tan arguing with her we just ate them. Then our entrees was taking awile so some came and told us they dropped it and had to re make it. Also wile ordering the lady for some reason rang in my meal with shrimp and I told her I had an allergy couldn't have shrimp and had her correct it it was supposed to be chicken so. Made sure it was all OK on ticket. Then after eating I start getting sick my girlfriend starts freaking out asking me if I'm OK that I don't look good then manager comes asks if I'm OK says I do t look Good told her and says o well that couldn't of happened but if I end up going to the hospitaltto let her know and she will look into it then just offered us some bread sticks and then left and didn't come back.
