I am very unsatisfied with my last visit to Just Love.

Let me start by saying that I really enjoy the coffee, food and atmosphere. I have been a returning customer for a long time.

But today I experienced horrible customer service. Bud took my order and we had a great conversation. I even left him a tip. When he brought me my drink I realized it was incorrect. I took it back to him (not having taken a sip from the drink because it was completely wrong so I knew better) and asked for the correct drink. Bud took the drink from my hand and proceeded to tell me a new total. Confused, I told him I’ve already paid for a drink and would like the correct one. He once again told me the new total. I offered to pay the difference as I saw that the drink I wanted was more expensive. He then told me that I said cappuccino not Frappuccino and that’s why I was being charged for a new drink. As someone who doesn’t drink hot coffee (especially in the hottest month of the year), I can guarantee to anyone that I did not say cappuccino. It was baffling that this man was willing to argue with a loyal, paying customer because he apparently has a problem listening to people based on other reviews I’ve read. Sadly, it’s also not the first experience I’ve had with him where he was rude either. I will be going out of my way to visit other locations due to his poor customer service.
