Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Murray

i went yesterday, when it was my turn the girl just laughed at me, i said hi and she didnt say anything so i started ordering, i told her i waned a “spicy chicken sandwich” i asked if she could remove the pickles and add pepper jack cheese instead, she says “okay so add more pickles” i repeated my order to her 3 times. She didnt give me my receipt she just said “i can help whos next” I had to interrupt the lady who was ordering and ask her for it and she threw it. when i saw my receipt she added more pickles to it, coby cheese and made it delux, after i specifically told her NOT delux, no pickles and pepper jack cheese 4 times. I went back and told her, she looked at me laughed and said “omg whats your name” i told her and she told some guy and said “there its fixed”. Honestly everyone who had taken my order there plenty of times always read me my order, and have always been so nice, she was so rude, i didnt get her name because she threw away my receipt once i asked her to please change it, but she was the one by the ice cream machines, yesterday...

Horrible experience! Ordered 30 Piece Nugget Meal (Large), Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Wrap Meal (Large). Came to about $37. Drive away and look in the bag. Fries are literally half full, SINGED HAIR/LINT BALL in the nuggets, and they forgot the ketchup...which was on the order. Go back (kid taking orders was super nice)(Gave him back the nuggets and fries). Brought me new nuggets and fries...fries were messed up again...they only brought medium, oh...and still half full! I go back again but didn’t give him the fries since my 5 year old and 2 year old were starving. They brought me out another medium fry (half full) because “two medium fries are apparently equivalent to a large.” Frankly...just bring me a large fry after you already messed up my order twice! I love Chick-Fil-A and will keep eating there...just not at this location. They did give me a coupon for a free sandwich which was nice. Expected a little more since they struck out 3 times in one visit!! All of this was curb side order btw...5-10 minute wait in...

I frequent this location multiple times a week since I work in the mall. About a month ago they stopped selling large water, not a huge deal and when I inquired about it they said it’s because teen boys were abusing the water cups. Not really a big deal. I went to order lunch today and asked if they were still not selling large ice waters they said yes. I asked if I could pay for a large soda and have it filled with water. I was told no they can only fill water in a water cup and soda in the large cups. Umm first water in my cup would be more profitable. I guess my other irritation is the workers are actually enjoying telling the mall employees they can’t get water. That’s fine, I will take my money and spend it where I feel valued...
