I placed an order on the McDonald's app for curbside pickup which consisted of crispy chicken sandwiches , a McDouble,two large french fries and two large chocolate shakes I picked up on the curbside pickup to avoid the long lines of drive-thru because it's lunch, after receiving my order I drove home didn't think nothing of it when we pulled in we checked what we had we were missing one crispy chicken sandwich one of our large french fries was really a size small because it was all the way down at the bottom and then the second large french fry was pretty much a medium french fry so we turn around and started going back to McDonald's unfortunately we had to go in the Drive-Thru line because they're closed so we waited and waited because it's still lunch rush finally got up there told him what was going on they asked for my receipt well unfortunately I didn't receive a receipt in my bag but luckily I have a receipt email to me so I showed him and I finally got my one crispy chicken sandwich that they forgot and proceeded to come home but unfortunately by the time I got my crispy chicken sandwich both milkshakes was pretty much cold chocolate milk so not only were we short of sandwich they pretty much shorted us on our french fries and our milkshakes melted it was the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's the $21 bill was not even worth what we received,not only were we shorted in our food didn't receive some items but by the time we got home everything that was supposed to be hot was cold except for that one crispy sandwich and the milkshakes was...
Read moreI don't think they can handle the double drive thru. I use the McDonald's app every single time. Pay for it through the app every single time. When I pull into drive thru and say I have a mobile order they immediately send me through without even asking the code or name. As soon as I get to pay window I have to sit and explain I have a mobile order. They can never find it and have to have someone come back and figure it out. I have to tell them multiple times that my order is already paid for. They get my order wrong every single time. And I don't understand why it says no contact with parking but it is absolutely not a no contact and no difference at all then just sitting in the drive thru and rolling your window down. Read moreQuite possibly the slowest “fast food” establishment i’ve ever been to. I always order 5-7 minutes before i arrive so that when i get there the food might be ready, but it appears to fail me every single time. I go today and order ahead per usual and am still left waiting in the parking lot for pickup 17 minutes. I walk in at about the 14 minute mark to see about 15 people in the kitchen all gathered in the same area with little to no production. The seating area had 2-3 people and the drive through was the slowest i’ve ever seen it yet my food still took 20 minutes, and when i finally got my food i was greeted with a mildly warm burger and soggy old fries with no salt. If you decide to pickup i wouldn’t recommend it, you’d be better to walk in and cook for yourself because you’ll be quicker than anytime...
