Just ordered a large pizza with bone out wings (a deal they have going on right now), a two liter Pepsi and some Alfredo pasta. The woman I spoke to on the phone who took my order said she would send peppers and cheese with the order (like they usually do). When the delivery driver arrived it was 20 minutes late, and all of the boxes were crushed which was odd. The driver assured us that the boxes were crushed but that the pizza and everything else was still fine so we took it without opening it before he left, just taking his word. As soon as he left we open it to find the pizza and pasta crushed, the pasta making a huge mess. We also didn’t get the peppers, cheese or ranch we had asked for. We decided to call the restaurant back to let them know that our food was cold, crushed, missing pepper, cheese and no ranch. We are from out of town so this isn’t stuff we can just go get from the kitchen as we’re in a hotel, which they knew. The “manager” who said her name was Sarah said we didn’t express that we needed ranch when typically they ask if we want ranch or blue cheese with wings, which they did not. The wings were also bone in. After being unable to come to an agreement on whose to blame for the ranch situation I decided to ask if we can at least get the peppers and cheese for the pizza since our hotel is less than a mile away from the store. The so called manager said she wasn’t going to send anything to us, she never once apologized for the food being late, cold and crushed which obviously wasn’t our fault no matter how much Sarah wanted to argue. She continued to argue with me and didn’t want to give me a chance to speak so when I had a chance I asked if I was going to get the pepper and cheese like I had asked for because at this point I had Been on the phone with her for over 15 minutes and getting no where, I was exhausted and tired of listening to her argue and not own up to any fault. She said no she wasn’t going to send anything so I went to ask her why that was and she replied “you know what ma’am? Have a nice f*** night” and hung up. I called back confused why I was being talked to in that manner. When she picked up I first asked her name because I didn’t know it up until this point and I asked if she was the one I had spoken to a few minutes ago. She replied “yes I was!” So I asked her why she spoke to me that way and told her It was extremely unprofessional especially coming from a manager to cuss at a customer. She replied “well I really don’t care, you were being a bitch”. I informed her I was going to be calling corporate to let them know of the incident and she said to “do whatever the f I want”. The delivery times indicated online are BEYOND an understatement. 50-60 was our estimated time last night and 1 hr 20 min. later, we recieved our COLD pizzas. I had to call the store to ask for an update when it was 20 minutes after our delivery time, and was told "the driver is on their way." This exact same thing has happened in the past and the employees are incredibly rude, or just refuse to answer the phone. A few months ago I ordered a delivery. The estimated delivery time was 120 minutes. 120!?!?! I was on my way home and arrived at the location 15 minutes after ordering because I wanted to see if I could change my order to pick-up. I saw my name on the monitor under "Ready." I spoke with a very rude employee after standing up front for 10 minutes being ignored by 2 employees playing on their phones, ignore me politely saying, "Excuse me? Hello?" I asked if I could change my order to carry out due to the excessive wait times online. The employee looked over at some pizza boxes sitting under a heating lamp and said, "Sure. I guess. Here they are." I asked why if my pizzas were already ready, why they are not being delivered? I was told because they were busy. I asked if my pizzas were going go sit under that heat lamp for another 1 hour 45 minutes and he told me, "Yeah, why?" Absolutely unacceptable. Every time I order from here the drivers either show up beyond late (well after delivery times), not at all until after I have to call and ask about it, or they show up with attitude and missing items. One time they even dropped off someone else's entire order, forgetting mine at the store. Nothing to remedy the situation was offered other than, "I'll be right back" ... 30 minutes later. This location has ruined Pizza Hut for me. I will never order from here again and strongly encourage others...

I called and placed a take out order for a large stuffed crust with pepperoni mushroom and black olive. and stuffed garlic knot and 6pc BBQ wing. the lady repeated my order and said 25 minutes it will be ready. I wait 30 min and drive over to pick my order up. when I get there the first thing I noticed is not one employee is wearing gloves or a mask. I am then told they don't have my order and im not even in the system and all they can say is sorry I don't know what to tell you. so I give them the benefit of the doubt and replace my order and wait another 20 minutes. my order is giving to me and I drive home just to find out they gave me the wrong pizza this one has chicken onions mushroom and jalapenos. so I call back immediately and ask for a manager. I'm then placed on hold for 15 minutes. the manager finally answers and I tell him my problem and all he says is we can give you a voucher for next time. I said I would like the order remade please. and he says ok we can remake the pizza and I said well my side's are going to be cold by the time I go get another pizza and so now have to wait another 20 minutes. I go to pick up my 3rd order for the 2nd time and they finally got my pizza right but this time my garlic knots are replaced with cheese bread sticks. It has been over 90 minutes (with drive time) just to get my order right. I still should've received a voucher for next time or at least an offer for dessert for their mess up.
