Went out to dinner with my wife tonight. We only had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated. We both got the all-you-can-eat shrimp for $20. Sounds like they're going to have that from now on, not just seasonal. I love shrimp scampi, so my first order was three bowls of scampi. They now bring out a little bit larger shrimp, but only seven in each bowl. The seasoning of the shrimp is definitely not what it use to be. I asked the waitress if they changed the recipe and she definitely confirmed that corporate is playing around with it. Based on her comments other customers weren't happy either. They have 7 different kinds; Crispy Dragon Shrimp, Shrimp Rangoon, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, Walt's Favorite Shrimp, and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. Wife tried the Dragon, Rangoon, Grilled and Coconut. She said the dragon was a little too spicy, the grilled was not flavorful at all. The only one that she cared for it was the coconut. The sad part was the service. Our waitress only came out to find out if we wanted more shrimp, but never refilled our drinks. I think we were just unlucky because there were other waitresses busting their butt. The food runners we're awesome and they got us drinks when the waitress didn't. Another disgrace was how the other tables we're not cleaned up. There were more than half the tables this still had dirty plates from the previous customer just laying around. I'm guessing their excuse is shortage of staff, but with workers standing around by the front desk talking seemed more like a training issue.

Red Lobster is the Olive Garden of seafood. Chances are, when you eat here, you're doing so with family (specifically your grandparents). I'm a fan of Red Lobster, but the embodiment of average patrons would be four 80-year-old grandmas getting out of bingo club. It's a vibe for sure. For your starter, I recommend the Crispy Dragon Calamari - it's fantastic! I've also had the lobster dip and it's solid. It seems obvious to me, but for entrees, I recommend getting lobster. The Ultimate Feast is the way to go if you want to try a bunch of entrees. No matter how you combo it, you'll leave stuffed. If I could sway you, make sure you get the coconut shrimp in that feast. The side salads aren't worth the associated surcharge. Just stick to the standard options (I personally love the fries as they're well seasoned). Dessert is fine, but honestly I'd go to a different spot if my sweet tooth was craving something. My experience with the service here has never been bad, but it's definitely been varied. Some servers are very organized and give top-notch service, and others are friendly but a little scattered. The best policy is to be patient and don't dine here if you're pressed for time. Of course, don't dine at any seafood restaurant if you're pressed for time. That's just a given. Overall, Red Lobster is a good place to eat if you're with other seafood lovers and want a variety of crustacean fare. I continue to be an annual patron of this establishment.

Disapointingly, curbside service is so terrible it wasn't worth the stress of ordering takeout. ⚠️ Warning: CHECK FOR WET/LEAKING BOTTOM OF PAPER TAKEOUT BAG. There wasn't "Curbside Service" & the bottom of the take-out bag burst before arriving home. Waited 10 minutes on hold after calling to identify the 'Curbside' order & 'Curbside Pickup' parking space # we were parked, while the gentleman who answered was "...checking on your order". Finally gave up & went in to see what the problem was. The lady at the front found our order & said, "Oh, this was Curbside". When told we were on hold for 10 minutes when calling from 'Curbside', she apologized. It seems the 'reward' points shrimp cocktail & container were frozen & sat in the paper bag thawing while we waited for 'Curbside' to respond to the phone call until the melted ice soaked through the bottom of the bag. All the food was also cold when it fell through the bottom of the paper bag. I guess it was good that the app forced repeating the order, so the tip was deleted. We were going to tip at the restaurant, then forgot the money in the car at 'Curbside' after the 10 minutes on hold & giving up to go in to find our order. Only 1 out of 8 times has food actually been brought out to 'Curbside' when ordered 'Curbside' from this restaurant. Strongly advise against 'Curbside' pickup. Or just walk in to get your orders because calling from 'Curbside' is totally ignored.

New review! Corporate reached out to us after the last review and truly tried to make our experience top notch. It took us several weeks before my family was willing to go back. And I'm happy to say we had the best experience where had at Red Lobster in twenty years. Same location. They didn't know we were returning after an awful experience. And everything we had was great!* We should learn our lesson since we've had several bad experiences at this location but we've also had some decent experiences so we just keep coming back. This was a low point. We should really stop ordering anything besides seafood because they are not good at anything else. And my wife is not a big seafood lover so we've tried the scope of their menu for non- seafood menu items. Our server was good and we enjoyed his banter although he was busy and didn't bring the sour cream for my wife's baked potato until we had finished eating and it was cold (they originally didn't bring it when the food arrived). All three of our meals were wrong! Both my wife and I were shorted coconut shrimp. The coconut shrimp did fill the open space on our plates but we were shorted six total. My daughter's medium rare steak had no pink inside. They cooked another steak which came out too pink inside, and that's not terrible for a good steak, but my daughter couldn't eat it. I thought she might be being too picky so she had me try it and she was right I could not swallow that bite it tasted terrible and I worried that the chef had done something in retaliation. We did not ask to be comped for the steak nor did we communicate this to anyone. At this point we just wanted to finish our dinner and leave, but the manager seeing we had not eaten it comped us for it on our bill. They also brought out our missing coconut shrimp which we enjoyed. All in all it was not the peaceful dinner we had hoped for the celebration we were celebrating. I should also mention that they originally took us to the banquet room in the back and were going to seat the three of us at a twenty person table. That would have been fine if it meant we didn't have to wait for seating but unfortunately it was at least fifteen degrees cooler in this room and all three of us were freezing. We didn't comment on that because they found another table for us in the main section as an alternative before we could raise an objection. It was still cooler in the main section. I was fine but my wife was cold, but it was far better than the very back. Lastly, their rewards app is the worst rewards app that I've tried for restaurants. I had rewards from the past but they now require a password. I tried multiple times and email addresses for a password reset and no password reset came to any of our emails including the junk mail so I lost my prior rewards balance. That was frustrating, but we signed up again on the app and tried to use the wait list portion of the app. It didn't work. We finally called them and got on a wait list after a five minute conversation because of some delays on their end and we were seated immediately when we arrived. We arrived a little frustrated, but were ready for a nice dinner when everything else happened. So after all that we used the little machine on our table to pay our bill and tried to scan for our reward points. We tried for five minutes and it didn't work. We have had no problem at other places! We opted to get a paper receipt for our reward points but then had to wait another five minutes for our server to go and find our paper receipt. We then tried to scan from the paper receipt and it still didn't work. We finally typed in the numbers as an alternative method and it accepted the numbers, but wouldn't show any new points for 24 hours. That has got to be the worst app we have ever used and they really ought to be ashamed of such a poor app for such a large company. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp, the cheddar bay biscuits, lobster and caesar salad but we tried to forget the inconveniences for the rest of our night and that is not what you want to have to say for a...

I haven't been to Red Lobster in awhile and on a whim thought we would stop by for a quick late lunch. There was no one up front when we walked in and waited almost 5 minutes for someone to show up to seat us. We sat for over 10 minutes waiting for a server to greet us, who ironically offered us "world class service." She took another 5 minutes to bring a water and a soda and told us she would be with us in just a minute. Meanwhile a couple who was seated after us, was immediately promised the same level of service and got it. They had appetizers before our server even came back to take our order. Their main course was ready and delivered to their table very quickly while we waited another 20 minutes from the time we finally got to place our order to getting our lunch. That table has multiple drink refills while the soda was refilled once and the water refill never happened. The food quality was mediocre. My wife ordered from the Lobsterfest menu and I went for fish and chips. Her lobster was rubbery and masked with lots of butter and garlic. She liked the Lobster Mac-n-cheese. My fish and chips were pathetic. A small number of french fries, but the biggest disappointment was the most disappointing hard-cooked, very thin, and small filet of cod I have ever seen. A huge bowl of coleslaw was in the plate, possible to offset the lack of tasty fish. We even felt the biscuits were smaller and less cheesy than in the past. We initially declined the dessert, but when the server finally brought the check 10 minutes after we had been finished eating (the couple behind us was already fed and long gone), she was visibly exasperated when we asked for a piece of key lime pie to go. It took her another 10 minutes to come back with the pie and a new check. I have been known to tip up to 100% for outstanding service and a connection with our server. I also do not withhold a tip for things out of a server's control, but I seldom to do less than 20%, but this time she would have to be happy with slightly over 10% on our $90 bill. If you want good fish, even the burger places have better service and better tasting fish. Don't waste your time and money here. Our quick lunch? We arrived around 1:30 and walked out at...

Going to start by saying that our waitress was super nice. We came here last night with the group of five a little after 7. My partner came in a little after us so his order was separate than the rest. 20, 30, 40 minutes go by and our appetizer hadn't came out. Our waitress came over and apologized and said that they had a large banquet whose order was placed right before ours which is why it was taking so long. Then they brought out my partners order before any one else's even though he ordered ten minutes after us. The server said since his was a single order it got pushed ahead, which is a flaw in the system if true. Over an hour after ordering a few of our orders came out, and then the waitress asks if the manager has talked to us yet. Apparently they ran out of crab which is what 2 of us ordered. It's really frustrating that they didn't realize they were out of an item until we'd already spent most of the night there waiting. They ended up having one extra order of crab, which they brought to our table. They did end up giving us that crab comped, which was nice, but we didn't end up with any of the sides that we had ordered with our meal. We had to ask multiple times for crab utensils, and for a side that someone else at the table had ordered. I do not blame the waitress at all. I could tell she felt really bad and I think she was really overwhelmed with whatever mess was happening in the kitchen, however, the most frustrating part of this whole night is that the manager didn't feel the need to come talk to our table one time. I wouldn't have expected anything else comped from our meal but the fact that we could see the manager walking around and he didn't acknowledge our table one time or even just say hey I'm so sorry, It was a bad night for us, shows a lot about their customer service. At one point we were one of the only tables left in the building, so it was obvious we had been there for a long time waiting because we were there until close. Just terrible experience and obviously lack of caring...
