Edit: I’m very happy to say that the Manager and Employees at Missionary Mall were so quick to help us regain confidence in their business! They reached out shortly after I originally posted this and worked with us, and I am so happy to say that we’ve even gone back and got a good amount of stuff that I will be able to use throughout my mission! 10/10 customer service!!
I am incredibly sad to make a negative review. I had such an enjoyable shopping experience, the woman who had helped us was so sweet and helpful, and very knowledgeable. My frustration is with the alterations. We had a pair of pants we needed altered that they had pinned with a safety pin to mark where they needed to be hemmed to. A week and a half later I hadn’t heard anything, but had received an email to asking to review the pants, so I had assumed that meant they were done. When we went to pick them up, they realized they had been misplaced and just put back on the rack. Had we not come back in on our own, we would not have gotten the pants back since they were back on the sales floor. They redid the measuring for a second time, and put them on rush, and had them back in a few days. When we came back again, they had been hemmed way shorter than we had gotten them pinned to. We were told they could adjust the hem to be 3/4 in. longer, so we asked for them to do that, and once again they had them back within a few days. We went to pick them up once again, they had barely extended it by a 1/4 in., they did not do a blind hem, which was made worse by the fact that the hem was not at all straight! I contemplating giving them the chance to fix it again, but I live about 40 minutes away, and within the four trips have spent the same amount of money in gas, that I paid for the pants and decided that I had more faith in finding someone else to fix it, rather than having them try to fix it again.    Read moreWe had a problem where a mistake made by an employee giving us the wrong size shirts that we didn’t discover until after my son was already in the MTC and had to wear 4 of the shirts even though they were too big. They helped me figure out how to get the shirts from the MTC they replaced them with the correct size even though they had been worn. They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and I will always buy my missionary clothing from them for my other boys. They have excellent customer service. Braiden is the manager I worked with and he did an excellent job. And the quality of the clothing we purchased is top notch and everything was reasonably priced. When we paid, she never mentioned the hemming, or anything. We also told her my daughter was leaving for her mission in two weeks. Then when we were paying, my daughter asked if the worker needed to see her mission call for the discount ($50 off). She didn’t answer. So we assumed it had been deducted from the total.
