We went for dinner tonight, and again a Great experience, we were taken care by Adan, he us a great waiter and honestly take care of you. My husband was craving a chicken sandwich an Adan made sure he had one, it was delicious, it looked as a caprese sandwich, it has grilled chicken Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and a reduction of balsamic vinegar . I had Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and roasted chicken. As appetizer we had Bruschetta. Everything was really good, service was amazing and we had a little fun. My husband drawed one if the waiters, Chris, and everybody was around our table looking at him. It was a great night 🌙

Dinner on Friday night, it was packed, but still great customer service by Matt our server. Food as always amazing.

We had dinner tonight, the restaurant was very busy, but everyone were on top!!! The floor Manager were on every table making sure customers were going great. And we did do great. Tonight we had Spinach,Artichoke Dip, Spaghetti with Meatballs, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Salad, great dinner!!! And wonderful service.

My husband created his own pasta and I had Chicken Scalopini. Dinner was amazing and delicious. Thank you 😊

We were for lunch today. Came here at 8 pm on Friday. It was my first time here, and we were excited to try out this place. The wait was about 20 minutes, which we were fine waiting. We were then seated, had olive oil poured, put in our order, and then waited 35 minutes for the bread to come out. Our server kept saying that our bread was still baking, but we saw him keep bringing out bread to other tables that came after us, which was annoying. We finally got our bread after waiting for so long, and it was just okay. After we finished the bread, it took another 25 minutes to get our salads. I ordered the Caesar salad, and the person I was with ordered the house salad, which for some reason was extremely spicy. After finishing the salad, we waited 20 more minutes for food, our server said that they had new chefs training which was taking so long. When we got our food, I ordered the pasta Milano, which has raw mushrooms in it and some kind of frozen chicken. It was also kind of warm, I told the waiter to take it back. I did not order anything else because it took over an hour to just get our food and I was not going to wait any more. The person I was with got the Carmela's chicken which was recommended to him, it said there was a creamy sauce. His chicken was very fake tasting, and there was absolutely no creamy sauce, there was just a bit of liquid, and no flavor. The manager came out to ask if I wanted anything else to eat, which I said no to. She said that the chef had the flu so they were short a person. Not sure if the manager or the server was telling the truth, but I would not recommend this place, we also saw many unhappy people not satisfied with heir food and...

I am one of these people who is picky about her food. I don't like sloppy made food at the restaurants. Soup was great! Thumbs up for that! First server was great. Thumbs up! I ordered food, tasted my chicken and chicken is half done - so it wasn't grilled properly. I asked them to grill it few more minutes. They brought that back - the plate was so hot I couldn't touch it and by that I knew it - they did not grill it, they only tried to "cook" it bit more by putting it in microwave or their warmer oven. Of course, chicken was exactly same as before (not cooked), just to hot to eat. I returned that and ordered some ravioli with (apparently real cheese) and some butter squash. I never ate something so bad like this butter squash (trust me on this, never order that). Ok, so I decided I will eat my ravioli. Ravioli wasn't filled with real cheese. This is some creamy sauce that is supposed to have the same taste. So bad. I ate one, 5 were left. I asked them to box the leftovers for my son and to box ravioli with his meal. We came home , he wanted to eat - no spaghetti, and only 3 ravioli inside. The server that boxed that for us did not want to use 2 boxes and tried to "fit" everything in one. She did not have enough space for spaghetti or ravioli so she simply did not box it :-) :-) :-) I am giving 3 stars only because our first server was nice, and because soup was great. Maybe it was bad day for them, maybe it was only my meal that wasn't good, or maybe my standards are bit higher when it comes to food at the restaurant. I just know, Macaroni Grill won't...

A WARNING to anyone looking to dine here with a large group! Firstly, the food was not impressive; since we were a larger party we had a limited menu. The Alfredo was good, steak was dry and burnt, salmon was basic, appetizers good although. Biggest food complaint being there was hardly a spec of seasoning anywhere, super dull flavoring. Now why you should not come here with a party. We were a party of 20. We were lied to about multiple things, complete miscommunication on the restaurant’s end. We were charged for salads that we were told were optional(half of us didn’t eat them which is why we asked them to be optional, total waste of money). Although we told the coordinator, waiter, and restaurant as a whole we NEEDED the bill split person to person which was confirmed when making the reservation we were denied it and they refused to fix it. Leaving our solo family member with the EXTENSIVE bill they were not prepared for, forcing us into chaos. Also know that this restaurant requires parties to tip 20% and a minimum of $29 per person which is absurd and unreasonable with their quality of service. Our waiter was frazzled the entire time, in a horrible mood, and half our food came out luke-warm. They increase the pricing of your “special” menu by $10 for the exact same food as the normal menu and this was kept secret to us til the end. Our group did not receive any special treatment, the only reason for their expensive menu is greed, be aware. I would not recommend this restaurant. Go to Olive Garden.

I am surprised at how bad this place was. Our waitress was professional and kind. She asked many times if we wanted anything else, which we appreciated. However, the food straight up sucked. Our kids' sausage and pepperoni pizza crusts were undercooked and near doughy. They looked and tasted like lunchables pizza crusts or those portioned frozen grocery store pizzas. It was almost like they microwaved the poor things. The sauce and sausage were way too spicy for a kids' meal as my kid started complaining of their mouth hurting when some of the pizza got on their lip. The lasagna was okay, I probably could've gone to the grocery store and gotten 4 times the amount of food with equal quality of taste and price. The macaroni and cheese had too much truffle oil in it, as well as melted cheese. It made it a little hard for me or my kids to stomach. I'm really disappointed they didn't serve fresh pizza as that is what I would always get when I'd go to Macaroni Grill at a separate location. Lastly, to top it off, the men's bathroom was like a gastation bathroom.
