Sbarro Fashion Place — Restaurant in Murray

I love sbarro! I’ve been eating it since I was a teen! Every time I went to the mall with my friends we had sbarro pizza and it was amazing! Well when I decided to take a dive on nostalgia, I was quickly disappointed. This is probably the worst sbarro location I have ever had! I ordered a slice of the veggie pizza and it tasted moldy! Like really old 3 day pizza! The potatoes were burnt and also tasted old (not fresh, not even the slightest bit) the spaghetti was flavorless and hard. The spinach Stromboli tasted waaay off than the usual. The cheese in it tasted wrong! I get all these items as usuals whenever I go but this time the tastes in all were terrible! The only thing tasty that I ordered was the strawberry lemonade drink. Dissatisfied with my order I went back to ask for a refund, (mind you I had only taken one bite of everything). I approached the manager there (in the nicest way possible) I have never returned food and asked for my refund because I usually just see it as a loss and never go back but I was super discontent with my food and had a long day and really just wanted to sit and enjoy something amazing. Well the managers response was super rude, didn’t show any care for my dissatisfaction nor did he give me a full refund. He only gave my partial and said he couldn’t do more. Well I was grateful for partial refund, I was more so unhappy with the way it was handled. I wont let this location make me stop eating Sbarro, but I definitely won’t be back to...

On 1/28/2024 2:30pm My husband forgot his wallet at the register while cashing out and we didn’t realize it until we left and got 15 min down the road. I called them to see if they had his wallet and if they would look around the register for us and the women who answered (didn’t speak great English) Rudely said “I don’t have time for this!” And hung up on me!!! I was shocked to be treated so poorly. Losing a wallet is the worst feeling ever and she could have help us out. We drove back and went into the mall and our wallet was right where he left it surprisingly!!!! Next to the register, Amen! I needed to post this review so everyone knows that they don’t have time for helping people when they feel so desperate!! What is wrong with people. We have always gotten pepperoni pizza for like 30 years now and we went out on a limb when the new app came out and it made a supreme like pizza. And it wasn't cooked enough We had to come home heat up our oven to 500°, cook it for 6 plus more minutes it destroyed the crust but the pizza was still awesome I just wish that extra time would have been in the pizza oven so that when I pick it up it's ready to eat. I don't want to have to tell people again sorry food's going to have to be a minute I've got to finish cooking it. I know that is the normal status quo for Sbarro is they cook their pizzas put them under a heat lamp and then when you order a slice they throw them in their pizza oven for a few more minutes but when you order a whole pie to go, they can't expect you to finish the cooking.
