They wonāt fill your re-usable cup!
Even though they announced back in June, 2021 that they would start again if you went in store. I take the time to go to this one and walk in instead of going through the drive through, which is more convenient, so that I can use my own cup. Every time itās the same person and thereās a lot of attitude when I say that they can just pour it into my re-usable. They say that I can pour it myself from their plastic cup into my own, like it doesnāt defeat the whole purpose. Itās so frustrating when all youāre trying to do is trying to help the environment, and they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I took the drink because the other person already started making it, and I even tipped. Until I can use my own cup, like Iām suppose to be able to, I will have to try...

I donāt normally order at Starbucks so Iām not familiar with the frappes or food names of the sort. I did make a weird order granted yes. A drink that is normally hot but I wanted it blended with ice. I canāt have coffee but I can have this drink. He scoffed at the order, gave an attitude about why donāt you order this instead. I said okay but is it made with coffee because I canāt have coffee. He scoffed again and said that no itās made with mocha and what not. The girl who took my Order was nice tho, she seemed to be in training. Hopefully he doesnāt act this way to other patrons who arenāt familiar with the ingredients or names...
