Was stoked when place first opened,as it's close to where we live. However this time,and it seems everytime other I am here this place is filthy dirty..theres only one other table besides us currently and every table is dirty with food on it,or crumbs..trash cans up front are overflowing,and dishes are stacked on both sides above trash cans. In the 15mins I've been here no one has attempted or come to clean.
Theres plenty of staff to do so,and most of them are standing around talking to other employees,when the store is pretty dirty..I mean,even the floors have dirt everywhere! The only person who is actually looking busy is filling ranch containers,which I would think store cleanliness is a little more important than that. Theres even a manager present and he isnt really doing much either. Would have expected them to at least have someone do it,or better yet,them. This has been the case several times,and it's always the same..stacked up dirty plates,all tables dirty and trash stacked up.
Maybe they had a huge rush,but theres been more than enough time here that someone could have taken care of it..no one wants to eat in a dirty restaurant like this,and I'm not the only review of this,and also this isnt the first time by far.. in the time I've been here 20+ people have come and gone,with a few sitting down,and still,no one has cleaned any of the tables,dishes or floors..
Food is decently good,but sometimes is cold even if they are busy or aren't busy.. All in all, no one likes to clean off their own table when it's not busy and workers are just standing around,talking like it's their break time. And a lot of times orders are wrong,food is cold or both.
First time I came here was drive through..wait was insanely long for 1 car in front of me,and after getting order,checked it to see it was all wrong,when going in to have it fixed,took about the same time and employees didnt seem to care much at all about the issues. Food was cold second time in a row,ended up getting money back...
It seems a lot of issues still happen Maybe change some things around eith staff,and get a manager who actually cares about cleanliness,and what the staff is doing when its not busy
Between bad cleanliness,bad wait times,and always messing orders up it's a easy decision to go elsewhere or even a different Farmer Boys...

We have a farmer boys we usually go too off benton and winchester and they never disappoint! This location off Clinton keith has under delivered food quality every time.
First trip our sons chicken nugget kids meal were so over cooked and hard he only had fries. My husbands burger came out ok and my avocado chicken sandwhich had so much mayo on it I literally had to take the bread off and just eat the chicken and avocado.
We decided to give another chance because we all make mistakes.
This time we got home with the food, maybe 10 min away, and again the avocado chicken sandwhich was smothered in mayo, just insane amount. Our 10 yr olds burger wasn't even in there and we got a really gross soggy smothered in sauce spicy chicken sandwich. So we had to figure out something else for him. My 2 yr olds nuggets were done right this time, thank goodness. I got the salad and the chicken was extremely over cooked and chewy so had to throw out.
I actually called to talk to the manager and explained what happened and he handled well and said he would refund if we came back. I told him we would not be coming back but to please pass along that taking a few seconds to check the quality of the food makes a big difference.
Most farmer boys have amazing food and they make it with care, this place unfortunately needs more work in that department.

I went through the drive-through yesterday, they rang up my order correctly and still managed to give me the wrong food waiting over 30 minutes in line. The sad thing is that it really wasnāt that busy. I had to turn around and come back to the location once I figured out that they had made mistakes. I went inside told the cashier what was going on and he was joking about it with another employee who apparently was the one who made the mistake as he was leaving his shift. As if it wasnāt bad enough waiting so long in the drive-through to get The food the first time I literally stood there about 20 minutes waiting for them to give me one item. I finally got fed up with it and went into a different line which the manager was ringing up customers in and told her I was still waiting. She talked with the staff that was cooking , Who pointed out that my food was just sitting there. She took her time putting the item in a bag and handing it to me. All that she bothered to say āwas sorry about thatā nonchalantly. This is definitely poor customer service! By the time I was able to get back to my vehicle everything was cold and the drinks were completely waterwatered down to the point that nobody wanted to eat the food anymore. Apparently I just wasted my time...
